Great game, the shooting and movement is very smooth and I love the art you used. The upgrade system makes it nice for replayability as well.

Really nice job, and was surprised to see so many enemies showing at once even as early as at the very beginning of the game. For a web submission on top of that, and without lag. Even on a test machine and browser that probably didn't give that much leeway on that kind of stuff or much benefit of the doubt on something like that. I was quite impressed, actually. The game looks gorgeous too on top of all that, sounds awesome, and the controls feel very clean. Really nice job with this game!

Great art! And I love a good vampire survivor style game lol. Nice work!

This game is absolutely outstanding! The artwork is breathtaking, and the mechanics are flawlessly designed. It's an immersive and exhilarating experience that I completely loved. Incredible work!

This one's freaking AWESOME. I'll admit, I was expecting more Vampire Survivor-style games this jam than I've actually seen, but this one is my new favorite of the ones I've played.

Honestly, everything about this is so polished and high-quality. The art is fantastic, the controls are tight, the gameplay loop is satisfying (if a little bare-bones, which is completely understandable for a game jam).
I hate to say anything negative about the sounds since the sound design is actually another huge strong point, but I'll admit I don't love that "clicking" or "snapping" sound that seems to be tied to every single impact hit. EQ the higher frequencies of that sound down and then I'm fully in love with the sound design.

In terms of game design, I would let people by as many upgrades as they want in one wave, at least when the upgrades are this limited. But I LOVE the death screen, that eye that pops up and looks around while you're upgrading, all of it, I love it! This game has a cool identity, and I think you could really flesh out the world with a sweet story if you wanted to.

Fantastic job!!!

Color palette + spooky music = a fantastic vibe. Really fun to play, I maxed out the upgrades! Thanks for sharing!

I tried this first in Firefox and experienced a massive amount of lag once enough enemies had spawned in, making it impossible to control (or lose). In Chrome it works much better, with just a bit of audio skipping at times.

Great aesthetics and a nice upgrade system! The player does feel extremely weak the first time around, as is typical for games with outside progression and the improvements to movement, attack speed and damage all feel immediately impactful. The extra attack is nice as well, but could perhaps stand to have a lower cooldown.

I played until I maxed out everything! At that point, since there's no end objective I'm aware of, I wasn't compelled to play further. Combat essentially boils down to flying in a circle while firing behind, there isn't a lot of room for more indepth strategy that I could find. It might be worth making the main attack active without the need for a button push, there's really no circumstance in which the player needs to 'save a shot' for any reason, especially as the fire rate increases, and it would free up the left mouse button for another type of attack.

Great job for such a limited time frame!

I absolutely adore the graphics and the music, the gameplay is very fun too! Awesome game!

Felt the beginning was hard, felt kinda slow and the enemies stacked way too much, it was really hard to kill them, but then realised the last stand mechanic was a thing, and that it was more of a roguelike game, and I loved it! also the art was awesome and the sfx and music fit perfectly. Congrats!

Solid mechanics and amazing graphics.

I just don't understand what does Marilyn Manson and Ozzy have against me?

I love this game! I loved the art style the most and the music, they were compatible! I only wish if there is some difficulty progression :)

Great work!

I really really liked this game. Didn't want to put it down, and please make more haha I'd love to see this expanded up. I followed you! Do you think you'll keep working on this?

Awesome game! It was really fun and interesting to see how many enemies I could kill at once. The enemies group together a lot though. It was just overall fun. The controls were great, and the difficulty increased at the right pace.

Awesome pixel art style and color palette.  It's an amazing entry!  The enemyes are pretty hard to kill. Nice job!

This absolutely rocks! I'm really impressed you were able to make all this in just 10 days!

The controls felt real good, and the art looked incredible. I really liked the variety in enemies as well. I kept getting some weird issue though where it would start freaking out after about a minute into each round, and I'd lose control of the game, so I didn't get to see too much after that point. But I think that was probably more something on my end than the actual games fault.

Overall, a really great game! I feel like this could easily become a full fledged game released on steam! Definitely a solid base to continue building off of.

Great job to the both of you!

This is one of the smoothest running webgl games I've played so far. Silky smooth and it feels really good to play. Love the visual and audio design, your color palette is very striking. Would love to revisit it if you ever added any content to it! Great job!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :)
