ok, I am too bad at dodging xD
:D just keep trying, you'll get it
This was a fun experience, I quite enjoyed it! It was really fun and the art style is quite cosy as well. It took a little of time to get used to the controls at first, but once I did it wasn't too hard. Except when there were a lot of enemies. Maybe blocking or being able to pick up life would be a good addition.
Thanks.
The controls need some work and I did have a blocking ability but didn't manage to get it working well so I disabled it. I'll try to improve it add it again in a future update.
The aesthetics are really nice and I really appreciate the isometric graphics.
The AI of the enemies is very good, but the combat is a bit wierd.
Overall a good submission
Thanks.
You are right, the combat needs some work :D
Last fight was tough - took me a little to get used to the lunge of the attack. I didn't like the combat system to begin with as the colliders felt a little unfair - think it mainly comes from when the attack test is done with regards to the animation - sometimes its before the sword has swung for the skeletons. But I found myself trying to master it and got decent at it enough to complete a hitless run.
You hit the Tunic and deaths door vibes great job
Thanks
I totally agree with you regarding the combat, I didn't manage to get it to feel as good as I wanted, but maybe in a future update it will be better.
Cool assets. I feel like you put them together well in a strong level design. Good mechanics too!
Thanks.
The assets are the amazing work of kaylousberg.
I love the choice of assets! I used KayKit packs in my submission, "Golem's Bastion", and I used Kenny assets in previous projects. Good level design too, despite the bugs that let me fall through the floor. I also feel your pain with finding time to do difficulty balancing. lol.
Thanks.
Their assets are pretty cool, always keep coming back to the for my prototypes :D
The Game looks really cool, but its a bit to hard for me:D I really like the look. Good work
Thanks.
I realize now that I felt it wasn't too hard for me because I play tested it too much and got used to the controls.
Lesson learned :D
It looks really nice! It was a bit tough having so little health, though.
Thanks.
Yes, I actually had a healing system in place but it felt very generic and made the game too easy so I disabled it, but maybe that was a mistake :D
It reminds me of Death's Door, really cool!
Thanks
Interesting mechanics and nice visuals, I really liked it! You might have something there.

Really nice feelings. I miss some background music!
Thanks.
Yes, I didn't have time to search for music, maybe I'll add it in a future update.
Good game! Great level design, I did fall through the scene and died pretty easily.
Thanks. I forgot to add the colliders to the rocks around the level :D
I like your prototype, hope you'll keep working on it and will make a great game with it
Thanks. I'll try to fix a couple bugs, and add a couple features that I had in mind but didn't have time to implement, but it will probably never turn into a real finished game :D
Impressive game! I recommend some hint for the cube path objective along with a collision body. If you get close enough when attacking it, the lunge forward makes you miss. The automatic leaping targeting to enemies is a bit strong, but it was still a fun and challenging experience. I did get some error when trying to restart while the character was alive (after falling off map). Also experienced some occasional low framerates, would be really nice to experience it as a desktop app.
Thanks:
I did run into that issue with the cube during development but forgot to fix it :D and the combat and leaping does need polishing. I didn't notice any errors when restarting but I'll look into it. And there was suppose to be a collision below the level to teleport the player back but I forgot to add that too :D
I liked the vibe, it did remind of tunic or deaths door. I thought the controls were a little clunky though.
Thanks
I agree that the controls need polishing, especially if you played with keyboard and mouse, I designed them with controller in mind.
The aesthetic is really good, but I miss the context of the story to link it to The Last Stand.
Thanks.
You didn't read the description :D
tl;dr: There are skeletons sitting or lying around. When you approach they stand. You kill them. It was their last stand, as in their last time standing from a sitting or lying position :D
I apologise for my terrible sense of humour.
Great art and great models , the combat is a bit clunky and some collisions too, but you can expand the game and make it something really fun, Pls try my game!
Thanks. The art's author is kaylousberg, you can find him on itch, he has a lot of cool art packs.
I agree that the combat needs polishing.
I did play your game, its fun but couldn't find the boss
Looks great! Might need some difficulty balancing (or maybe I need to get better lol)
Thanks. I thought that it was too easy so a boosted the skeletons HP a bit, but maybe it was a bit to much :D
I love the aesthetic. The game looks fun, but I couldn't find a way to progress past the part with the glowing cube. Also, the boulders don't seem to have collision, and I fell out of the map.
Thanks. You have to hit the cube and it will animate and open the next gate. Regarding the collisions that's a bug :D
