Mesmerizing and a stunningly beautiful in its minimalist art style. I love this entry. Way to take the round task and crush it. Great work.

Really beautiful use of visuals and sound!

Very beautiful and nice sounds! As I think others have said it gets a bit too hard to find other stars after finding the first one, I thought I was close a few different times for the second one but then the trail would fall short, and I wasn't sure if I was following the right sound.

Super cool concept.  Definitely fun to nerd over the sounds with a fellow synth/mod friend!  As some have already mentioned, I could see how it would be tricky to hear the "new" parts.  Of the top of my head, though, I don't have any good suggestions.  Overally, very cool.  Great job!

Thank you, Mitchell ! yes I should have made the layers more distincts in term of sounds to help, I guess. I just vibed too much on this ahah. It actually made me realize something important design-wise, I made the musics so I know what to expect when I'm actually playing it. Didn't think about the other players who don't actually know the sounds, lesson learned ... :)

Great use of your modular system, was curious about what you would do with it and it fits perfectly to the game atmosphere. Very atmospheric, well polished and audio/visually pleasing.

a modular nerd friend ! thank you for playing and I'm happy you enjoyed the atmosphere. :)

Very relaxing game to listen and play. I really enjoyed the art and color palette. It did get a bit hard to find the objects once all of the music started to layer, overall a great experience.

Developer

thanks for playing ! Yeah i think each layer are maybe too similar (except the bass) and that makes it tricky to find some of them...

I was able to find one and it's a really cool using the headphones to find it. The sounds are great and it's awesome that you made them yourself. I think having a counter to know how many to collect would be beneficial. Liking the art of the planets and stars, also I'm liking the feel of the movement

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your feedback ! Indeed I hesitated to put a counter, but I really wanted to be a sensorial experience using only sound. But I should have considered it since it's quite tricky to find it sometimes !

Beautifully done, the music's got a nice peaceful mood that pairs with the visuals perfectly

Developer

thank you for playing ! And the good feedback 🙏

I enjoyed this one. The art was really nice and the music was great and super chill. My only issue was the the game play which was good but I felt was a bit to difficult. I may just be stupid but I found it really hard to locate the objects with sound so I kind of just wandered around the map aimlessly until I found the collectibles. but this was still a super relaxing game and I really like it.

Developer(+1)

thank you for playing ! And yes this was a bit of a concern, but maybe you didn't have luck with the collectibles spawns since it's random, I also had few difficulties during my playtest ! But happy you could enjoy it nonetheless :)

i think this game is beautiful and the music is really lovely. I could listen on loop for a long time <3

Developer(+1)

aw, thank you for playing and happy I'm not the only one liking this loop ahah

This is a perfect execution of the prompt - I wish for many people to play and rate this! At first I thought that it was too hard to hear the new layers once there were already 3+, but now I think it helps with the feeling of the game. A brilliant submission.

thank you very much for this comment ! Depending the game you play it's indeed sometimes hard to track the next sound layer (they are randomly generated on the map and sometimes they are too far one from each other) but I tried to balance the best I could !
