loved every minute while playing , i'm not really sure about the second mechanic but i definitely like the game , also if you can make the ball stop faster or increase the minimum velocity necessary to tap the ball it would be nice ,it was a little frustrating to wait a little more when i think i can tap the ball again but i can't do it yet .
This was awesome. I love mini golf games so I don't know what there would be not to like about this one. The levels were interesting and the bouncy things made the ball go wild lol. I would've like the ball to come to a stop a tiny bit faster cuz I was impatiently waiting to hit it again a lot of the time. Great job on this it's a lot of fun!
Thanks for playing!
I do like mini golf games, this was fun.
Thank you!
A fun little golf game! I have always liked golf games, despite my being pretty bad at them. I remember playing games like this one in the computer lab when I was in elementary school. This one was very nice with fitting sound effects and just the right amount of tricky obstacles. Well done!
Thanks so much for playing!
This was a simple concept but polished nicely. I managed to complete everything and it kept me entertained. A couple of the levels were really tough (especially the first one with the slowdown/sand mechanic). Overall i think things progressed nicely by introducing a mechanic and then exploring it in different ways.
The music was chill and the sound effects fitting. Everything came together well and it was clearly polished, the post processing was a nice effect.
Nice submission, congrats!
Thanks!
This was a fun game but the progression seemed off. Some interesting level obstacles were introduced once and never seen again, or the next level would go back to being a basic level.
I thought the animation between the levels felt very nice though.
yeah, the progression is a bit off which is my fault because I'm not the best level designer but I try my best!
I liked how quickly the game lets you return to play after failing. I have a few recommendations to improve the game:
- The resolution of the game is an awkward one. Make it fit the screen better.
- The white colour of the direction indicator blends into the white of the game walls and obstacles. You should pick different colours for visibility's sake.
- There was one particular level that was unexpectedly difficult, with a small opening blocked by a quickly rotating obstacle, but you only have 2 tries. Far easier levels had 3 or more!
- It looked fine, but rather simple and could have done with anti-aliasing. The walls and obstacles could have done with a texture like the grass.
- Would have been nice to see what level we're on and how many have been completed as a display of progression.
Thank you for playing and the recommendations!
