Very nice game! The controls on the jumping and shooting definitely made it more challenging but wonderfully fit the theme! The audio is also nice and everything made is very cool!
Thanks for playing!
I like the intent of what you were going for, though the rng of it left me a little frustrated. I also wish there were more use cases for the dash and teleport. More often than not I found myself trying to frantically get rid of them to get to the more useful laser and jump. Good work though!
Coo idea... I personally think the randomness of what propulsor you'll get makes the games harder, but fortunally you'll see in before what you have so you can always plan out what to do... (or almost at least, some situations are inevitable, and thus a little bit unfair to deal with)
Really nice idea, the fact that you see what you can do allows you to strategize only for the near future but to imporvise in case you cant get out of a situation you got into. Really has a lot of potential. Art is a little lacking, and it wouldve been nice to see more polish.
Great idea! I wish it was a little more clear on your power you had though, maybe aUI next to the character.
Nice mechanic, the randomness adds to the replayability of a section (dying doesn't feel as punitive, since you'll be having a different experience the next time around)!
Good levels, the different, random abilities are both diverse enough to be fun and also now overwhelming starting out. Following the theme with Fun RNG is not easy but you've managed to do so. Great Game!
pretty smooth controls!
I like the theming of a malfunctioning robot. Having to pay attention to what your next action is going to be is fun. Sometimes though, rng hates you and gives you 7 teleports in a row.
i liked the presentaiton
Nice game! Extremely frustrating but somehow engaging enough to make me go through like 5 levels. A nice Balance between those two factors. Great job!!
Ooo, then you only had like one level left to complete the game, SO CLOSE!
damn, I reached the one where there were like 100 of those target enemies at the bottom right.. It's too much haha.
Yeah we pushed making levels to the very end of the jam so the last two levels weren't playtested at all so they might be a little tough :D
I like the idea even if it's made me a little angry, but I think that was the idea hahahahaha And, I think if the HUD of your abilities was above your character it will be easier to take decisions...
Impressive for 48 hours :o
Awesome Game!
Thanks!
Really nice take on the theme! Lots of content, the difficulty ramps up real quick, though. A few shorter levels to get familiar with the mechanics would've been cool.
Yeah I wish we had more time to work on the levels. Thanks for playing!
Takes a while to understand that the next ability you're using is shown on the top. Perfectly on the point with the theme but not very fun to play since a lot of time you can't to anything to win - you should have balanced abilities a bit better so that each ability is not fully randomised (when you need to fly up but get boost for 4-5 times in a row is annoying; I know it's the theme and all, but the theme does not require your game to be uncontrollable).
What you're saying is very on point. I agree that it's a bit too uncontrollable at times and should be more balanced. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing!
this game's amazaing XD
Thank you!
Thanks! :D
Interesting idea! but sometimes 50/50 never wants to change thrust direction or gun! It pissed me off a little :)
Thanks for playing, getting pissed off is definitely a part of the game though :D
Thanks for playing! I was thinking about adding a limit to how many times the same action gets picked to make it less annoying.
Didn't quite get the premise at first, but not a bad game. For 48 hours, it feels polished! Best of luck.
Thanks for playing!
Good Game it was a little confusing at first and then I saw that the actions change
Thanks for playing!
Thank you for making it!
Good Game. I was confused at first and just was spamming jump and fire. But after 2 minutes I realized that I can see what action I will perform in the top left corner. Nice
Thanks for playing! I was worried that nobody would see the indicators so thanks for letting us know.
