How does your game fit the theme?
Controls are loose, giving the player a feeling that they are "Out of Control". There is also an obstacle that reduces the player's control over their movements.

I had a lot of fun playing this game!  I like how you incorporated the idea of out of control not only into the movement and gameplay but into the story as well.  One thought I had while playing was that is has the beginnings of a great rage game.

Admittedly, I gave up after the first couple of Parsley's challenges, I'm not a very good gamer. What I saw seemed pretty neat though!

It was pretty disorienting having the camera reset on death though, I ended up accidentally going the wrong way at least a few times.

really good

This was the first game Ive played all the way through so far. I think ive rated 30+.

It was a lot of fun, and a big aha moment when i understood parsleys solution and how that is used for the rest of the game,

I understand the out of control lies in the story and a little bit in the actual controls

Only thing was i was going insane from the music and had to turn it down manually. Maybe a mute button or volume slider?

Keep up the good work!

If you have time I would love it if you could try my game and give feed back. Its called Drone.

Great idea. Some polish and a bit art for it would be a good game!

Loved the story text on the background with explanations=)

Cool controls, took me a little bit to understand it even moves where my mouse is around the player. Through mouse was only forward ^^ got a lot easier to control after that

Interesting control scheme. You've got a good base that can lead to some interesting game play. If you plan to further develop this game, I'd suggest introducing mechanics to the player one at a time. That way it's not too overwhelming from the start.

You could also implement some sort of minimap as well, or at least a North-Up compass so the player has some sense of orientation.

Okay so, after dying and restarting from a checkpoint, the camera orientation changed and couldn't really remember which way I was supposed to go ^^

Really good game and a nice polished controller! Great job!

Great concept. I would suggest including a timer to encourage people to speed up during the trials.

Fantastic game that I can see people wanting to sink hours into playing if there were more levels. The way the story was presented was extremely powerful and coupled with the art style chosen, made for an extremely well rounded gameplay experience. One of my favourite games I've played so far this jam.

That's a really well mastered level design you got there, I loved it! Did you made other games before this one? This really doesn't seem to be your first one, or you're very talented.

Some people said the screen rotation was introduced too early but I think it was perfect this way : I spent a the third of the game thinking it was an useless mechanic until it became necessary and I suddenly felt so proud when I figured it out after being blocked. Didn't think the storytelling could help teasing an important mechanic, that was a nice one!

There is still room for debate on some of your design decisions : For instance I'm not sure it was a good idea to introduce checkpoints as circles instead of lines, I sometimes missed them and felt very frustrated from having to do a puzzle again; I feel like this shouldn't be part of challenge.
Some slightly less punishing hitboxes might also help without affecting the difficulty too much.

Anyway, thanks for that; it was a good entry!

Really cool game! The movement is tuned well - it's very satisfying to play and feels out of control without being infuriating. Nice job!

Nice game. I like that the controls are a little bit challenging at the beginning :)

I enjoyed that alot. Your art style was effective and the controls felt really good. Good job!

nice and challenging game!

Loved the game, it reminded me of the worlds hardest game (as others pointed it out). A little too long for a jam playthrough, but I enjoyed it so much that I had to play it 'till the end.

The art and music is quite nice and I like the 'Worlds Hardest game' vibes that it has. I did find it quite nauseating to spin the screen though, so found myself avoiding it completely and missing out on the text in the game. Still really fun to play though and I would have definitely had a blast playing this on CoolMathGames as a kid.

I had a lot of issues progressing at first...

I thought the red dots were mines and tried not to touch them.

The rotation changes on death which was disorienting. Didn't know which way to go. I was doing downwards before dying so when I died I continued going downwards but that was now not the right direction. I was going backwards until I realized that I had reached the "trails" text in the beginning of the game.

Restarting the game didn't help since the old checkpoints replaced the new and I had to start from the beginning.

Now, after getting past those hurdles. Pretty fun game. It has a lot of content and a good amount of variation.
