Great concept

At first I thought: "This game kind of sucks because it just feels completely random like sometimes you get an unlucky turn sequence and can't do anything for a minute or so and whenever there is a 180° turn you instantly lose all progress "

But I kept playing and it became more and more apparent that the direction the cube is moving in really doesn't matter all that much. Since it is moving so slow it means that as long as it is not somewhere in the middle of the level it is incredibly easy to just rotate the maze to push the cube around. 180° turns are still kind of annoying and should probably be removed but they become more manageable as you get used to them.

After the first few levels the game becomes really fun and when I was done with the last level in hard mode I really wanted to keep playing.

Overall I like how you have more control than you think you have while still not being able to directly control the cube. The game looks good and I like the music. It would be nice to have more control over the rotation speed, maybe by use of an analog stick or something. Solid game. Easy top 20 for me.

Really cool idea, the presentation was great. Sometimes it would be a bit furstrating, but overall, good job!

A bit frustrating when you don't know when the guy will turn or which turn he will take. Good job tho!

Pretty neat concept! I like the idea of turning the maze to guide the player. I would add an indicator somewhere to show what direction the player will change to next though, because it does feel too random at times.

Would be much better if the change is anticipated, maybe an animation before it changes. Just having my dude turn 180 degrees can be frustrating. Definitely has potential tho, good job!

I think removing the 180 turn would make the game more fluid and less frustrating at times. Great job overall, the idea is great 💪

Beautiful game, the main mechanic (rotateting the whole maze) is very fun to use. I loved it, and now I want to see more of this! rated! please check out my game too :D

This is an interesting concept! Having to move the level to make the player get through it really fits the out of control theme.

I had fun solving the puzzles, but I will say that either there should be like a tetris prediction thing that shows us where they'll face next, OR the rotation should be much faster so the player has time to correct the trajectory. It was more frustrating then fun being very close to the end, only for them to turn around and some how leave the room and die.

Also, the simple shapes look really nice, and I love the colors.

Overall, great job!

Really cool entry and great game!

Its a great approach to the theme, but I found it harder than I fell like "normal" mode should be. Its a great concept and I had an overall good experience. Great job!

Neat concept, had a lot of fun! It definitely feels like you're fighting against the playable character, which was a weird but enjoyable experience! It can be a little frustrating when the character turns around and runs into the red, but it forces you to think differently, which (in my opinion) is pretty great.

Yeah, what ojh.games said, tetris-like predictions would help. I was thinking also that the rotations should be at most 90 degrees, so that it shouldn't go the right way and then immediately back;)

Also the controls are a bit clunky... Probably direct rotation with a mouse/analog stick would make the game too easy... How about a acceleration? When You press A/D i accelerates the maze in that direction? Because the problem I had was that it is too slow to operate, and sometimes I couldn't do anything because when I rotated the maze, the box was already facing the other way:D

Also I don't know if red fields were necessary... Maybe some other mechanic would work better, like speeding up fields? Or spinning, or teleporting, or an item that lets the box go forward for a longer time?

Overall, nice game

The mix of colors is so simple yet beautiful! The concept of taking away player's controls is not the most innovative, BUT you managed to make a good game with this idea. The time limits were low, though, so maybe you can increase them? Or allow the player to see the upcoming move to make the game more like a strategy. Anyways, great game!

Hey the concept is good and the execution was done well too :) I think if you could see what direction the player was going to change to next (sort of like in Tetris you can see the upcoming block) it would give you some time to plan your text movement. Enjoyed it :) Thanks!

Your idea was cool and the art looks great. However consider increasing the time of how long the player faces a direction becuase it was too short and felt a bit frustrating but overall well done!
