Funny :D

Developer

merci!

I liked the way that you directed the theme of the JAM, but i really miss some feedback about the atual stat of the directional changes.

Overall, is a good game!

Developer

thank you so much! We take part of feedback

Submitted(+3)

this is such a silly game XD

Developer(+1)

true :0

The graphic is trippy as heck (but in a good sense!). I had fun playing too, but it would be nice to somehow indicate button changes graphically, other than with text (that also fades out after a while, so you have to remember).

Developer(+2)

umm, that was the idea, so you literally don’t know the controls unless you remember or you try the keys and look at the keyboard interface on the screen. But it’s true that it gets way out of control in a bad way… we think that it’s more about the player’s feedback. And maybe we could try to inform the player about the key changes with literal keys changing places, instead of text, that can be confusing…

Thank you for your feedback! and for trying our game <3<3

Uhm, pretty "interesting" visuals :D

Developer

x) thank you!

Submitted(+3)

Weird game... I like it! But took me some time to understand what I needed to do, so a tutorial would have been nice. Nice job!

Developer(+1)

thank you! glad that you got to understand it haha it is a bit unclear.

Submitted(+3)

Strange game! Very unique aesthetic, and the controls are pretty confusing at first. There is some fun to be had here, just needs to be a little better explained I think

Developer

ty for feedback! If we could change anything I would like to put a tutorial in game for sure

Submitted(+2)

What a weird experience. I wish the Icons were a little less spread across the screen, I also had a hard time understanding that buttons were swapped, I just thought it took away one direction and I now had two directions pointing down.

Either way I love the artstyle you went with, and it makes for a few fun minutes. Well done!

Developer

Love you liked art! And also ty so much for feedback

It's a fun little game to play, I just felt that the timing was a little too specific for getting the hits.

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed it. There is no need to synchronize the inputs, as long as you are pressing the correct button when the mark hits the green area, you're good ^^

Submitted(+2)

I'm probably just not very good at it then haha

Submitted(+3)

The art taken for the game is interesting, fun I admit, however, the game is not so clear, okay that they put the tutorial on how to play below, but always try to put the tutorial in the game itself, it is better for the user! The input is very problematic, it rarely works, I found it very confusing! However, great work and I hope you had fun in the jam!

Submitted(+3)

In game tutorials are always best, but I guess for a 48 hour game jam some people just don't have enough time to put it in the game itself.

Developer(+1)

We didn't have time to make the tutorial, we surely will after the jam ratings finish ^^  About the input, there is no need to synchronize them exactly. If you are pressing the correct button when the mark hits the green area, you're good. Glad you played it and liked the art :D Thanks for the feedback

Submitted(+3)

A very tough game. Timing the input is tough and quickly adjusting to new controls with no breaks. I think the game gets a little bit too tough, too soon. Could be a bit slower difficulty curve.

Player feedback is unique with the funny images but can be hard to understand what they mean at first.

Cool looking game.

Submitted(+3)

Awesome aesthetic and super fun, fits the theme really well.

Submitted(+3)

Cool game but took me a while to understend !

Developer(+3)

We will work on it! Ty

Enjoyed the Dadaist art a lot. The gameplay felt like a take on DDR without the music to set a rhythm.

Developer(+2)

Ty so much! Really happy you enjoyed our game

Developer(+1)

Dadaist? 😍😍😍 I love Dadaism :_

Developer

DDR and Just Dance were two big references when designing the mechanics :D Thanks for playing <3

Submitted(+3)

This was unique, especially the art, good stuff!

Developer(+2)

Our artist are gratefull to read you uwu! (im part of the team) Ty!

Submitted(+2)

This was unique, especially the art, good stuff!

This seems like a decent idea for an addicting game, pushing you to just keep going for higher scores while trying to remap your fingers and  brain haha

Player feedback is definitely an issue with this game, it's difficult to figure out what in the world is going on at first. I do appreciate the arrow keys in the corner to allow players to test the controls once things start getting wacky.

Developer(+2)

Ty for the feedback! We will try to modify the game to make it better! Hope u enjoy it :)

Submitted(+3)

I came across another submission today called Inverto (https://gracelungu.itch.io/inverto) that also had remapping controls, it was very well communicated there, I would recommend giving it a look!

Submitted(+2)

I love this game's quirky story and art-style

Developer(+2)

:) we are very happy you enjoy it

Submitted(+3)

Very creative! I would like more feedback on when I do something right, and when I do something wrong, as it was unclear sometimes whether I did the right thing or not, making it confusing to play at first, but nice job! Here's my game https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2020/rate/697413 tell me what you think :)

Developer(+2)

Liked ur game also! Hope you do more games and improve you have talent!

Submitted(+1)

thank you so much :)

Submitted(+3)

Cool Idea and Creative Design! Took a little while to understand what youre supposed to do though :)

Developer(+2)

Ty! So much for playing :)
