What a fun take on the topic, it is really hard to keep track of everything going on, especially if you loose a figure you were currently focused on. Really well done!
I knew someone had to do it! And it's as frenetic as I expected it to be, great execution on the idea.
Cool experiment on turning chess into a mix of a strategy and fast-paced game, I think it will be even more fun to play against a friend!
Today I learned that turns are not necessary for chess. That worked way better than I expected. I do wonder though if it would be better to still win from a normal checkmate condition instead of being able to just sending a pawn to run to the other side of the board, turn into a queen, and take the king out really quick. Like disable attacking the king directly. I don't know if it would actually be better; just an idea.
Very original idea! This seems like it could be a very good game to play with some friends.
I like how (obviously) speed is a key factor in beating your opponent especially when you need to plan ahead quickly, but that normal chess strategy still applies for blocking and creating plays.
Some issues may arise for balancing, like the queen being able to move around very quickly and possibly making the game just who can move faster, but maybe with some modified rules you could prevent this.
Overall a unique idea that has really good 1v1 and party potential!
Hectic chess was fun. Kept the URL and might play some more later LOL.

Fun twist on chess by making it realtime! I feel like this will especially be appreciate by people familiar with chess because it throws a lot of preconceptions about what works and doesn't in chess out the window and forces you to re-strategize. Lots of fun to go through!
This is great, but I dont think this really fits the theme too well. Additionally, I don't know if hosting externally is allowed (but I didnt factor this into my rating). This is an overall excellent game!

Very clever to make chess, but no turns
it turns into a speed game!
This is super polished. I really love how this looks and sounds! Only downside is I'm terrible at chess, it also seems a bit like a competition to see who can move pieces faster (you vs the AI) but overall great submission!
