Wow, you were right, we definitely had very similar games! This is now the third stick boxes together game I've played (including my own) and it's so cool to see how differently we each went about puzzle design! This was really well polished, and the puzzle design is very good! I would have liked to see some harder puzzles, there were only one or two that I had to play multiple times (new content post jam?), but all in all a great game! Good job!

Developer

Yeah for sure I loved making this puzzles. After the game jam I am going to update it.

I will defently add more levels after the jam

Hey, looks like we independently came to similar ideas lol! Love your take on the mechanic. Would love some more challenging levels because I worked through the game pretty fast

Developer

Wow it is really alike. I am going to steal some of your levels for the update

Felt like the puzzles were a bit too easy, maybe a break apart mechanic would have allowed for more challenging puzzles. Feedback aside it was a fun, cute game and I enjoyed playing it. Thanks!

Developer(+1)

Thanks to you. Really enjoyed making this game. Thought of an extra mechanic but that would be to much to learn for a player. I should’ve added more levels that get harder and harder but it is a game jam game and the time is the only enemy

It's fun

Developer(+1)

Thanks means a lot

This is a cute game! It had some Tetris vibes to it, which made me feel comfortable solving the puzzles. I also love the mechanics!

Developer

Thanks means a lot

Cute both in style and concept! Very intuitive too.
Too bad it's really short and easy as I could see a lot of potential for more interesting puzzles.

Minor nitpicks if you do make a post-compo version : retrying could have been mapped to a button and the losing sound could be a little less loud and grating.

Developer

I will probebly update it an upload it here and on new underground. It was a game jam so I didn’t have that much time to create levels. I thought of more difficult one but people who played it said that it was to hard and they used a bit of time. I wanted this to be a short quick fun game. Thanks tough hope you enjoyed it

Cute. Beat it.

Developer

Thanks

Such a cute game, well done!

My only feedback is on the sounds -- they're all very high pitched and the lack of volume control makes it incovenient

Developer(+1)

Thanks means a lot, going to fix that past jam

Hey-I recognize the dialog system!

Developer

Whaaaaat?

Fun puzzle game, it was cool that the shape/orientation of blocks could both be a benefit to crossing a gap and get in the way of bad blocks at the same time!

Developer

I know one of the best ideas I had in a while!

Submitted(+1)

I really liked the puzzle design and I only wish that there were more levels :) This game was really fun; great job!

Developer(+1)

Maybe in the future who knows?

Submitted(+1)

Great puzzle design and awesome extension of a simple concept into a more complex mechanic. Each level was really engaging and I think you could play around with this more and make other mechanics to add on to the design.

Developer

I thought of one block that is kind of fat, so it can’t float over the ilands and has to be on the ground. I also thought of another one. The other one moves around so you have to time it right to cross over. What do you think? Do you have any ideas?

This is a nice and well executed little puzzle game you got here ! Great design idea!

Well done!

Developer

Thanks!

Some great puzzles with good design! Some small additions like not having to go back to the mouse to continue or restart would help a lot. Lot of potential here!

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks didn’t think of that. I could maybe update it later on because that’s easy to add

Submitted(+1)

This was cuter than I expected! The puzzles were actually fun to figure out and a soothing time to work through. The learning curve was great, the block purposes were clear and interesting to navigate around.

Developer

Do you think so? I actually thought of the learning curve this time. Glad you liked it, made my day really
