very nice game bro gj

I suck at this, spent like 50 minutes playing the game and haven't completed it. Still enjoyed playing (you know, I wouldn't spend this time playing a game I don't like)!

I don't have much to add to the other comments honestly. The puzzles appear to have a lot of different solutions thanks to physics, some of them require dexterity, some probably don't. Not sure if it's good or bad, depends on your intentions.

The visuals and audio is great though, excellent job on the game!

Well this is only the second game I've seen that takes advantage of magnets to fit the theme, and it definitely does it quite well.  Ignoring a bit of finickyness with the cheese and good ol' physics.

The puzzles were definitely quite interesting to figure out how to solve and had, what seemed like, a decent amount of solutions.  Intended or unintended.  Though having all the physics based boxes definitely made a lot of the puzzles a lot more about specifically moving them, rather than the actual puzzle.

Specifically I'd say it was the worst in the one level where there is the jump box and normal box at the top and trying to get them down was almost impossible because they would just barely get stuck at an angle in the hole the were supposed to drop through.

Otherwise though the only other suggestion I have would be to make missing the "cheese shots" a little less punishing.  Since it's such a limited resource and you can just barely miss it sometimes, especially since it looks to still be a child of the player while it is shot, which lead to a lot of turning around and uh... using my "electromagnetic powers" to turn it all the way around with me.

Definitely a fun one though.

I totally agree with you. For these reasons, we made a new version of game called "Extended Edition".

Criminally underrated game. Good gameplay, fun music, finnicky puzzles (but in a good "I need to get better to solve them" way). Deserves way more attention!

Art style is amazing, interesting puzzles and very addictive gameplay. Great job!

Thanks for playing!

One of my favourite games I've played in the jam so far! A solid puzzle mechanic, executed really well, and with some clever level design too!

My only grievance is that I found timing the ranged shot quite tricky which ended up meaning that even once I knew how a level could be solved I had to keep trying it over and over because I kept messing it up.

it was very good game 9/10

The graphics are the best I've seen in this jam! Bogden already said everything I wanted to, but I'm going to one up that the cheese shoot shouldn't consume ammo if it didn't hit anything. I don't know how many times I had to restart the level because of it, but I know I can't even count that high lol. The only other problem with this game is that it didn't get that many ratings yet, hopefully it will. 8/10

Has good looking animations music and mechanics overall needs some polishing.

An outstanding platform puzzler! Graphics and music are top notch, and I absolute adore the animation of the rat magnetizing things below.

The mechanic is great, and seeing it happen is super satisfying. Definitely one of the best games I've seen so far. Hopefully more people get to see it!

For improvements, I noticed that the physics were a little wonky, and it was easy for blocks to get stuck in somewhat diagonal positions.

The level designs were interesting, but on a few of them, I solved them without using all of the level's elements. On the one level with the long passageway leading to the two sets of magnetic platform blocks, I skipped a huge part of the level by just managing to immediately get the jump boost block down below and jump up to the top right away.

The biggest suggestion for the mechanics would be to not consume the projectile ammo unless it actually connects with something. Consuming it upon hitting the wall seemed overly punishing for a puzzle game, and just required a level restart for no good reason.

Hey, programmer here. Firstly, thanks for your kind words. I know the game can be improved and pyhsics  are a little weird. It's due to our lack of experience. As a team this is our second gamejam attempt. And i know that some levels can be abused so hard, we didn't have much time to analyze and test the levels. Thanks for playing.

Cute, locked myself out in the first level. Could do with some clearer explanation

Did you pass the first level?
