Me and my brother had a BLAST playing this! Super fun and incredible how it was made within 48 hours
A bit fuzzy looking when moving, but overall a fun short title. I wish that you had to have the line between the two never be seperated. still cool game.
Very fun game. It seems we both had similar ideas.
I would be very happy if you would play my game.
I played your game, and wow it's similar. Check out my comment on your page!
A bit weird and very good game! It's really hard to play that alone, but i'm sure this gonna be fire for two players!
Excelent game !!!
Love the art style, the concept was clear and the mechanics were introduced at a great pace. Great way to teach your player, the game has a lot of potential for expansion so looking forward to see what else you can come up with.
Kudos.
I like the pinball-esce mechanics. Great job
I struggled on the enemy that targeted you, but I really like this twist on the control-two-characters game!
Nice work : )
Nice game, was a bit confusing to know which controls moved which person but by the third level I figured it out and it was a lot of fun.
I really enjoyed the gameplay. Art and sounds were also great. A background music would make the game feel way better. Mechanicswise, I liked the bullet and ball bouncing stuff. It made the game both challenging and addictive. Nice job!
Very fun game. I played it solo, so I'm sure I missed a bit of the magic, but controlling two little creatures to solve puzzles and beat enemies was a fun time! The physics were a bit weird with the bouncing, but that didn't ruin the experience.
Loved the art and concept
i really liked this! might have been because I was playing in single player mode, but i found it quite difficult, especially the enemy that targeted you. with some balancing/polish it would be even better!
A perfectly fine game, but there's absolutely nothing special about it. The art is whatever, the puzzles are forgettable, and the concept is the least interesting interpretation of "joined together" possible.
Great game! Really nice levels and fun presentation!
Nice idea and well implemented
THE GOOD (what i liked, and what stood out for me):
A very interesting concept that I wished I had seen in more games! The difficulty ramp was well thought out for the jam and the cutscenes were awesome! Sound effects were generally spot on and the use of the rope was an amazingly unique concept, showing what you can do with the joined together theme!! Excellent!
THE BAD (what i disliked, the bugs, and other problems):
The game was quite rough around the edges, there was some tile banding/clipping in the outside of the map, and the death animation playing, whilst the rope just sits there seems kind of odd. The 4/5 level has this fireball at the bottom that has the possibility to leave the map (though eventually return bouncing around the void), which makes it leave the hands of the player, which is something you should avoid. I have said this before for other games, but I think the fireball concept would have worked way better for the "out of control" theme last year! Lastly, yeah, you need some music in the background perhaps.
THE HARSH (stuff that would just make the game better, usually just personal opinion, don't take it too heavily :D ):
The movement felt a bit clunky and perhaps more game-juice would have helped improve the game.
OVERALL: great game, Bleskar! I give it a solid 4,5,3!
Thank you for the Long review! You gave really good constructive critisism that I will take to heart and use in future projects!
Neat idea! My brain was breaking trying to control both characters at the same time, but it also made me want to find someone to play one character each with, for full chaos. Also, I was worried some of the bouncing puzzles would end up being a little fiddly and needing pixel perfect bounces but that never happened, I always felt it was generous and fair. Awesome game!
esta bonito, lastima que estoy sola xD pero bonito juego :)
very cute intro scene. i like the take on the theme as well - little alien buddies :3
struggling to move both at the same time haha, well done guys!
