This is an interesting take on the linked worlds mechanic. I like the tactile feel you get with items physically passing from one world to the other. I'd recommend adding harder puzzles, but overall it's a good entry :).
Art music is good, I wish you'd done more with the concept but constraints of jam time I guess. The gameplay was fun and interesting - I think it broke and left me unable to finish, but I saw the point signaling the end of the game so I think I experienced it all. Actually, I liked this one a lot more than I would expect - Nothing really wrong here at all
Nice game that demonstrates an easy-to-learn core mechanic consistent with the theme. The game was fun to play and the dialogue accompanied it well!
Excellently executed simple idea. Great job!
NIce game, bit short sadly, but good job
Sweet little game ! More levels please !
Pretty sweet game, it had a nice bit of narrative and didn't overstay its welcome. The music and art fit the game as well, and I liked how the two creatures could interact with one another.
Nice little game! I liked how the little blob creature was questioning himself, feels lonely, then meets up with his green counterpart. The mechanic with the falling blocks was cool and I feel like it could've been expanded upon, the puzzle with the jumping platforms was also great. Overall, nice art, good controls but the game could've benefited from some simple sfx and a low humming sound track playing in the background to set the mood.
Really good work, I love the whole concept, and the reveal of the second character, as well as generally the whole introduction of mechanics was great. Very well done! Only thing I would say is have a little bit of buffer after you leave the end of the platform that the jump still works, it really makes platforming feel a lot better. Great stuff!
Ok this is really cool for a couple of reasons, one, it's just a good split-screen puzzle platformer, two, the interaction between the screens with dropping objects down is great, and three, even better is how the conversations between the two characters play out, I'm not sure it has any right to feel as natural as it does while running along, but, it's awesome and really adds to the experience. I'd love to see this expanded upon even further, more interactions, more story, just more, haha XD Great work!
Wow, actually insanely cool! The dialogue is cute and the main mechanic of dropping stuff between screens is really fun. I'm sure you would've thought about it already but dropping things off the bottom to use on the top would be pretty cool too!
Nice little game! A great little take on the theme, especially with objects that can be pushed between the two regions of the game. The music and dialogue also added to the atmosphere really well. Overall great game :)
Nice short and sweet game. The characters control really well and I like the little dialogue you added into the game. Overall a cute little co-op platforming game that could definitely be expanded upon in the future.
Super fun platformer, the controls feel really good to me. There is a decent chance you get softlocked at the last puzzle but it's not too bad because the whole game is only 2-3 minutes long.
Edit: Liked it so much I did a speedrun, if you beat my time let me know!
This was a really clever little puzzle game! It used the two different people in separate spaces helping each other idea well, and I enjoyed the puzzles presented! Definitely wished it was a bit longer, would love to see what this could become post-jam. I did get a bit stuck on the final puzzle with the boxes, I didn't realize how to drop them to the bottom level at first and I did need to restart a couple of times to properly line them all up, but it was a fun challenge and I had no issue doing it to get to the end point. The little messages on the walls were adorable too, it gave the two characters some personality! Good job.
I really liked the game, although it was a bit short I really liked the concept and how the characters could help each other get past jumps.
Some cool ideas. Wish it was a little longer. I was able to push the last block past the gap it was supposed to fall in and got stuck at the end.
The story is very nice, and I love the mechanic of moving things between the screens! Really excellent work!
The story is so cute, level design is pretty neat, great game!!
I loved the story! I found it a bit buggy with the things moving between the screens, but that was a really really nice touch, different than many of the other games in the jam that had two characters being controlled!
