The concept is neat, plus I love Souls games. It felt an appropriate amount of easy, but it gets a little stale. Also, the ai kept getting stuck behind the fog wall and attacking the air. Otherwise, the ai worked really well, and felt pretty good to fight. You also captured the feeling of a boss really good as well!
Thanks for playing my game. and for leaving some feedback. I also agree that the AI is really one note, I had planned to do more with it, but the time constraints prevented that from coming to fruition. Still I'm glad that the feeling of being a boss came across well and I'm happy that you enjoyed it!

This was fun. My only complaint is that I've played enough of these games to know that I should be taking way more of the hero's health with each hit. Great game, though, and I would love to see something like this expanded out to include more moves as well as more strategy and choices from the heroes.
Thanks for playing my game! Yeah, the plan was to have the player get"better" each time they respawn but it got cut due to time constraints. I'm glad you liked it tho.
I like the take on the reverse theme. I feel like there's something really fun in here, it felt good to be a giant squashing ants. I would definitely iterate more on this idea!
Thanks for playing my game, I'm glad you liked it! Def hits that power fantasy itch!
Love the reversed theme! For 48hr jam this came out great! I enjoyed this very much.
Thank you for playing my game, I had a lot of fun building it so I'm glad you enjoyed it as well!
Good roles reversed idea, nice work. With some added special effects and more combat moves this could work well
Thanks for playing my game, I'm glad you liked it!
Great implementation of the theme!
Thank you for taking the time to play my game!
Now I am the one crush the tarnished. Nice game!
Thanks for playing! Its definitely a cathartic feeling being on the otherside :)
Scariest souls game yet, I have an incredible phobia of tiny people running at me.
Thanks for playing my game! The Hero's a squirrelly one, gotta be extra careful when they get too close!
This is a pretty funny concept. It is really easy but I guess that's one of the perks of being a souls boss. Also, holy cow these adventurers have been leveling vigor!
Thanks for playing my game, I'm glad you liked it! Gotta pump up that vigor to be a proper souls noob ;)
Honestly I enjoyed myself while playing the game, love the music choice btw. Controls are good - the game felt really smooth. Props to you for aligning the walking sound well. Only complaint I have that it was too easy, but better that than unfairly too hard.
Iron Pineapple should try this, I don't think he has ever played a souls game where you're a boss.
Thanks for playing my game! I appreciate the feedback, my plan was to have the hero get "better" each time they respawn but it got cut due to time constraints, so unfortunately easy will have to do for now :)
The art is good. I like the idea of the game. The movement and attack still need some work but obviously,we only have 48 hours so great job.
Thanks for playing my game. Yeah the 48hr window is pretty merciless, you always wanna spend more time refining things, but there just isn't any. I'm glad you liked tho.
+1 for rolling heroes :D
Looking forward to seeing this concept in a full game!
Thanks for playing my game. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Rolling heroes makes everything better :)
Interesting idea, I liked the enemy Ai being so rolly
Thanks for playing! Haha, yeah it was super important to me that he was able to roll competently :)
have never expected I could see souls-like game in this gamejam!
well, precisely, it's not, but anyway!
and love the detail the they can dodgeroll my attack. nice work!
Thank you for playing my game, I'm glad you liked it. It wouldn't be a soulslike without the trusty dodgeroll ;)
Interesting concept! Felt a little awkward to move around and given that both attacks were vertical slices I felt myself wanting something more sweeping. Just feels like it would have felt good. Overall I loved the idea!
Thank you for taking time to play my game. Yeah the attack variety was a victim of the time constraints of the jam. I wanted the boss to be much bigger than the player, but all the sweeping animations I had on hand would fly over the players head and sadly I was stuck with just a poke and slam :(
Cool game! I felt it could use a bit more juice.
Thanks for playing my game, I appreciate the comment, I feel the same. Unfortunately there is just never enough time to get everything done.
Thats true! Still an amazing game given the time!
smooth and controls feel gd
Thanks for taking the time to play my game! I'm glad you liked it.
Great Creativity and Great icon
This should expand into a full release game :)
Hopefully one day :) Thanks for playing my game!
Always a big fan of the Souls-games and this is a solid take. Had a hard time hitting the small challengers though :D
Thanks for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Haha yeah I ran out of time at the end to really tweak the ai so he's a bit squirrelly to hit :)
