Very fun game! Nice idea, and well executed. Good job!

This is great! The puzzles were good and it worked well for the theme. It would have been nice to have some sound effects but understand it's difficult to get everything done in the time given. Great job!

Good take on the theme, constant role reversing! I enjoyed the creativity, albeit a bit frustrating with all the precision execution required. But good stuff, nevertheless!

I think this fell a little too heavily in the camp of "I know what I want to do, but it's too difficult to execute it" for me, but thanks for submitting this to the stream!

Developer

Thanks, it was fun talking on stream.

Pretty fun but would be a bit better if it auto restarted.

This is one of my favorite games I've played this jam. The puzzles are well-designed and the mechanic is really creative. A couple of the puzzle solutions felt a little awkward (where I found them by just randomly trying things, which isn't very satisfying), but the majority of them were good, and it's not a huge issue anyway in a game jam. Great work on this.

Great job on the puzzles here! There was some initial confusion on the swapping but once I got it it was a lot of fun!

Had a lot of fun playing this! The puzzles are creative and well designed. There should be an option to slow down the game after pausing to have more time to think about the solution, but it's a great game otherwise!

This is a really neat concept and you explored it very well with the different levels.  One part of frustration I found is when I know what the solution is, but it's just a matter of the execution, and the execution of the solution isn't really the interesting part.

Thanks for the feedback. This is an issue that puzzle games can often run into if they have a component of tight execution. I was aware of this while making it but ultimately decided that with a core mechanic based around motion, it makes sense to have some stuff that relies on tight timing in order to fully flesh out the idea. I do have some ideas for mitigating how difficult some of it is though, like adding a little delay after swapping before everything starts moving again, which would make successive swaps easier to pull off. Also, in a more fully developed version of this game some of the harder stuff here would probably be later in the game and possibly optional, but there's only so much time during the jam haha. Anyway thanks again for playing and for the comment.

Love the way swapping works here! A very cool take on the theme. You made a lot of cool puzzles with the limited enemy types which is impressive. The "Jump?" when the enemy got the arrow made me laugh pretty hard too. Great job!

COOOOL Concept!

Really cool concept and very interesting puzzles. It was pleasing getting to solve them

Very creative concept! Congrats on the game

Adding an extra star for the skip level button, this should be frkn standard for gamejam puzzle games.

All the puzzles were very nice, they felt very satisfying to solve. The concept I've seen a few times this jam but your execution was better than a lot of the other ones.

Would love to see where you take this with some extra polishing!

Some very tough puzzles here, but quite satisfying to work out a solution. Pretty bare bones presentation though - even a single musical track would have helped a lot.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. I knew presentation was lacking; I'm not great with graphics or sound, worked by myself and just didn't have time to put sound in. But that will be something I plan around more for next time.

There's a lot of free sound tracks online that are alright quality. If it was me I would do a few less levels and spend that time adding feedback / sound instead.

Swapping current movement patterns, nice take on the theme!  The connection to swap mechanic was easy enough to understand, it's totally on us to figure out when we should pull it off.  Well made and good work!

Fun game! Seen the concept before in this jam, but not in a puzzle context, so that was neat. Some real brainbreakers here, had to skip a few levels cause I just couldn't figure them out. Great stuff! Impressive amount of content for a jam game too.

Developer

I put the level skip into the game for my own testing purposes and then right before submitting decided to leave it in in case people in the jam got stuck but still wanted to see all the levels. So seems like that decision paid off haha. Thanks for playing and glad you liked it!

I feel like we had a similar concept :D Fun game :)

Very unique idea. I liked it. Good job!

It was really fun to play  ! It is the kind of game I could spend hours on ! But I felt like the control were a bit weird.
