Ranked from 63 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does your game fit the theme?
It's basically Frogger, except every round, the roles are reversed and the player controls the cars and has to crush the frogs. This in turn makes the frogger part more difficult, as the cars are now enemies to be avoided.

I really like the creative take on this one! It adds a bit of that extra spice. It ran bad for some reason in chrome, but I switched over to firefox and it ran just fine. Probably on my end.

Also, super cute cover art!

Amazing use of the theme, I love the cumulative chaos that arises as you play - well done :D

that is a fun take on the theme, didn't expect that reverse mechanics , pretty neat!

i love how chaotic the cars are, it is quite exciting to drive them

i think it would be even greater to have less time to finish the levels, as in the beginning it was quite easy and i had plenty of time to chill haha

more chaos! :D

Thank you!

I agree, the game can be very easy, but we ditched the timers after it really frustrated some players who were enjoying to drive around more recklessly without having to care about a timer, and changed it into a bonus score mechanic instead. I think you'd get the same chaos (and difficulty) satisfaction though from bigger levels with more cars, which I might add after the jam.

Really neat concept, I didn't expect a take like this. It seemed like one of the arrows guiding the cars to their destination is just off screen, so it wasn't the easiest to get the cars to the right place.

also, nice frogs :)

Thank you, fellow frog enjoyer!
Yeah I think I know which one you mean, I blame it on my last minute level changes. Glad you enjoyed it though!

I love the time loop aspect of the game. It actually got quite challenging towards the end of each level.

This game is absolutely ridiculous. I had a lot of fun and I think this has to be one of the more unique games I have seen. I really like how you had us play both sides, and how each successful iteration we completed made the game itself harder and more hectic. Solid work, I have no real feedback. Well done.

It's quite brutal to think about it, like, you're the frog and, suddenly, you're passing over the poor animal lol the game is so crazy in a good way I can see it being expanded as some sort of party game with local multiplayer somehow. Great work, congrats :D

Really fun! I wish the game was slightly faster pace (the camera introducing the goal after reset) and there were more levels. This is one of my favourites I've played so far!

Developer

Thank you!
Yeah, I think lower down-time between rounds is very valid criticism. Or at least a way to skip ahead.
I think I'll add more levels and maybe other stuff some time after the jam, glad you enjoyed it so far!

Really cool stuff. I love the iteration of "build your own frogger course". Unique take on the idea for sure. Models are clean and effective and everything controls great, love sliding around with the cars. Really strong entry, solid work.

Nice game!

I had so much fun with your game! It was equally fun to play as a frog AND as a car, which was great. And the sound effects were on point! Great job.

Love the idea of a self-balancing game, the hardest part was dodging other cars when driving (they don't exactly follow traffic rules, after all each one is going after its own frog).

Overall very polished for a jam game, chaotic and fun gameplay.

Thank you!

Yeah, those other cars are a menace. Those people need to get their license revoked if  you ask me.

So much fun! This is such a creative take on the theme, and a cathartic release at the same time (I hate frogs).

I really like this game! Super funny game, I love how it also makes you have to think ahead each round because of the changing objectives. Really good work!

From another team who did the frogger take, this is such a creative idea and incredible.  Hope ya'll make top 100!

This is a fun game! I like how you play both the frogs and the cars. The wonky driving physics are also super fun

This game is freaking hilarious! I love it. I really liked the way you have to switch the way you think between being a frog and then having to try to crush yourself

We just really loved this game. Everything about it was so fun, chaotic, and engaging! The sound design was so funny too! I'd love to see this game get a full release some day! just really awesome stuff, good job :p
