Very fun, the best other 'be the boss' entry I've played :) I especially liked the little touch of the player names above the heads of the characters.

I wish I was the big green blob :(

I loved the upgradability of the card mechanics! The sporadic player movements are also implemented very well too! :O

This was a ton of fun! I found slam to be a way more powerful defensive tool than as a weapon; as soon as I paired that strategy with the gatling gun, I was pretty much unstoppable.

This was super fun!!! Really loved the upgrade tree and trying to use the slam to dodge/do damage! Would play more.

I'm a fan of the art style you cooked up here, and I think the attention to detail in this game is quite impressive. I especially a fan of the small touches, such as the little dude in the health bar absolutely loosing it as I'm approaching death (which gave me a good chuckle). I also like the random powerups adding replayability to the game, although I would prefer that they have more impact on the game loop besides merely "bigger number go brrrrr" (but tbh there's only so much you can fit into 48 hours, right?) Overall, good polish, good work, and good luck!

It was fun! Nice twist and concept. One of the most polished games I've found so far. The art was amazing, and the music was good too.

Fun game and feels satisfying to become more and more powerful. Sometimes I get the same upgrade that I already have so would be nice to have a reroll button maybe?

Actually the best game I've played so far!!! You shall win this jam of games!

The fact that the slam can be used as an escape and as a finisher is nice ! I would have like a shorter cooldown though, or maybe the ability to stack 2 of them to make an attack and then get away.

Fantastic execution on a fantastic idea! It'd be cool to see the other bosses from binding of isaac too :D

Really lovely artwork and the music suits it very well. Loved the core gameplay loop, very satisfying, and the upgrades feel good. Excellent work all round, could see this being great if expanded upon :)

Really fun little game!

The idea is cool and the realization is good.

Maybe a little bit too much luck based... :/

My best: 8

Good job!
