Nice idea and a really good execution! I enjoyed playing the game, the puzzles are well thought out and the pixel art is really beautiful!

Interesting game, especially for the fact that it feels like to took a page out of "Cut the Rope's" book with the ranking system!! While short I would like to see you experiment with this more!!
Streamed live today!!

I watched your video and really enjoyed it! It was my first game that I have made. I didn't have enough time to make a menu and I tried to show the controls in the game world like I've seen in other games. I really appreciate all your feedback. You helped me to understand how one of the bugs that I thought I had fixed were still occurring. It was a really cool experience getting to watch someone play something that I had made. Though not the ideal experience that I want players to have, you pointed out what I need to work on for next time. You had really grounded advice and good critiques. Thank you for taking the time playing my game and giving the feedback you did. Getting to watch someone play your game is such a great tool for growth. Thank you!

No worries, at least your game was nothing like my first game (which I don't want to look back on).  It's solid even if there were a few bugs here and there.  At least you had a viable work around compared to some other games I've seen for the games I've played this or previous jams!! You are defiantly on the right track, and don't worry... Even the pros have a few bugs and glitches that slip despite the fact that they fixed them.

The audio "peckish" totally got me. It was so surprising and funny. This was a very entertaining puzzle game! Had me wanting to replay levels to see if I could 100% them.

Thank you so much, I wanted to add some personality to the game and I thought using levels of being satiated was perfect for the game. Glad you liked my game!

good interpretion on the theme!  the art are on point and the cut scene is just superb!

I loved the idea of this game, creative and fun.
the style and animations are beautiful, the levels and level-design were really good too.
I would suggest making the mechanic more fluid that would be fun!

Good job!

Developer(+1)

I've been prototyping different ways of creating the same mechanic to make it more fluid. I plan on updating it sometime after the Jame with more levels and bug fixes after the jam!

Glorious!

The levels were really well thought out

Love the art style! Your concept works well and the game is intuitive. Great job fellow frog dev!

HAHA I love the scene transitions and the audio after each food word when transitioning. Easy to learn. Good job!

Developer

The audio was a last minute thing that I decided I wanted to put in. Took a little bit because of the code tracking everything got to be a bit to follow, but I was 50/50 on it after I finished it. I'm super happy it came across well. (Actually all the fly voices and the voices at the end of the level, its all me, just a bit of audio manipulation)

Thanks for playing!

Great game, I love the visuals! My only feedback is that it's pretty easy to mix up the mud and dirt.

Developer

That was one thing I was worried about and started to use less dirt. Its one thing that I've worked on and will be pushing out to the game sometime after the Jam is done. I want to add about 10ish more levels and get a title screen for it along with audio settings. (I had run out of time that I was available and wasn't able to do some that)

Best ive tested so far, really neat how the theme was implemented, the puzzle are so well made and thought 10/10

Developer

Its a relief to hear that people are liking the puzzles. It was one thing that I wasn't too sure on since I tried to make them have some depth but was nervous that they would be too challenging to get all the flies. Thanks for playing!

I stopped in because we both used frogs! I stayed because it was fun and we both used our voices in the sounds! Nice job

Frog Gang! Nice puzzle platformer harnessing the power of spider frog

Bullfrog became the ballfrog, and gained powers of spider-man (and the power of friendship, of course)

Hello other Frog dev!

this is pretty cool! really interesting use of scale here! my only criticism here is that I wish the tongue would extend out a bit faster

I'm beyond impressed that you made this game solo. The graphics are very appealing and detailed, the gameplay is really solid and creative, and just very polished in general. My hats off to you!

Very fun concept and cute artstyle!  Although, I found it quite easy to get stuck and I wish I maybe bounced off of surfaces instead of getting stuck in them sometimes.  Fun regardless, nicely done!
