The planets look amazing. Wish I could retry from the level I lost on but the gameplay is fun enough it was worth a few reruns. Good job!
love these kind of games. great work!
And I loved your game! Still thinking about letter m...
I really enjoyed the simplicity and creativity of the game ! Definitely something I could sink some time into :)
Nice concept, I enjoyed the game, thank you! :) There was a bug on 3-rd level that instead of a planet there was a huge black sprite. But manged to push through it :D GJ!
That's a new one. What browser are you using? I heard that can sometimes be web memory stuff. I really liked your car building game, fits the theme super well!
Firefox on mac. I encounter some strange issues from time to time, but currently I have no other choice unfortunately :c yeah, could be web memory issues..
Thanks for reviewing our game btw <3
Thanks for the feedback. Thanks for making your game!
Beautiful game :) The intro threw me into an anxiety attack, but still was fun, haha!
Sorry to hear that! Glad you had fun!
But was it an enjoyable anxiety attack?
Nice looking game. My favorite part was the philosophical intro. Every time I lost, that really gave me something to ponder about my existence. 😅 And it being suika-like, I always had that "just one more try..." feeling even when I lost.
That was our artist cardinalbadger's idea. Thanks for playing!
Awesome style. The music and art is so pleasing and evocative of a very nostalgic period of games. This would fit right in at a 90's arcade. Well done!
Thank you! I love a good arcade.
Really neat spin on suika!
Fun fact, the working name for this for a while was Planet Pool! I like your entry.
Making Suika Game but upside down is a great idea! The extra bouncy physics really made it feel spacy and distinct. I got a strange amount of joy from beating each level. Good Job!
I'm glad it brought you joy, even if it was a strange amount!
Really enjoyed the idea! The first stage I had a bit of trouble differentiating the asteroids sizes, but once it clicked it was super fun to merge things and strategize the best angles. Great entry!
Thanks! I enjoyed your space themed build-up game as well!
It was really fun and I love the visuals! The idea of levels and free flying of stuff is great. The dissappearing bug also occured to me, but sometimes it helped me to remove some planets and make more space :D Good job!
I'm glad you liked it!
Very fun and simple game! Its very polished too. At one point I think I combined the blue planets but instead of getting bigger it was absorbed and nothing else happened. Im unsure if this was intentional or not. Overall its a great game and Im gonna see how far I get in my next playthrough
We are going to update the collision code after the jam to address that. Thanks for playing!
I like the gameplay! It was a bit too tough for me to get past the planets but it's a well-put-together game.
I agree, getting through the planets takes a good amount of luck for me! Thanks for playing!
Love this game and love the graphical style too. Very creative use of the theme. Sometimes the planets would simply disappear upon merging.
Yes, we hope to get the collision fixed after the jam period. Thanks for playing!
The fact that objects can fly out of the box, combined with their bounciness, created a unique challenge. The art is really nice, but I especially loved how the planets looked!
The Pixel Planet Generator by Deep-Fold is truly impressive: https://deep-fold.itch.io/pixel-planet-generator
This was great fun! I loved the jolly music, that added a different vibe to the game.
Thank you! Love your profile picture.
its 2048 but in a more free physics based space and literally in space! i like it!
Thanks for playing!
3450!
!!!
REALLY addicting, art is great it didnt need animations for planets, moons etc but it makes it sooo much better somehow, music and sounds are spot on and of course the idea is simple but awesome <3
Thank you for playing!
