Fun game, I like the two steps forward one step back sort of mechanic with the jumping off and on the building. Well done :)

How is it so nice to play. It looks like a shitpost, in the best way possible, but it plays smoothly. I like :)

Developer

thank you :>

Loved the atmosphere. The rat slowly growing in size with the individual vertices growing and shifting was super uncanny. Felt like something was gonna approach me from the other side of the building. Also loved the cheese collection sound 👌

Super fun! The normal mode has a really nice difficulty and hard mode feels like a real sisyphus simulator! Also loved the sound at the top ;)

Maybe it's just the CRT shader that gets me in a sort of mood but there's something about climbing an enormous building as a big rat not knowing when or if you're going to reach the top that feels kind of transcendental

I'm gonna see a low poly rat with high res textures in my nightmares tonight.

Funny (and scary) idea, it's a shame that it's not spinning with free bird playing in the background.

Very cool ps2 style. Strange idea, but I liked it!

Aw yeah. Who doesn't love a low-poly rat?!

Now this is what I call art

I will NEVER get over these bonk sounds

I absolutely love the presentation.

For the gameplay, I did feel it was a bit on the simple side.

There is definitely something else here... it is meta-irony, meta-statement, an allegorical image of people stuck in the cage of a metropolis and tall buildings... we are rats who are simply climbing up, our bodies are getting fatter under the weight of our ego and hedonism... stones are falling on our heads as a consequence of the price we paid for getting such a high place in the hierarchy... we walked on other people's heads and now we will get what we deserve - everything will end with a blow to a stone and we will fall... and lose weight, remembering that the body is just a shell of our lost thin soul

Cool mechanic where walking off the building scales you down. Good job!

Had fun trying to figure out the strategy for hard mode! reminded me of when I was trying to find ways to get out of the map in Ghostrunner and ULTRAKILL

yipeeee

Love the artstyle, the corner was easiest to climb

It's pretty easy thanks to the stereo sound but still fun

Definitely an interesting concept!

I liked the bit when the rat scaled the skyscraper!

I should have rewarded the player with cheese at the end of my game, too

yippie!!!

cute little game, i really liked how you interpreted the theme and how fluid the movement felt! i guess all those hours i spent in TF2 practicing my rocket jumping finally paid off!

Developer

Thank you for playing! Yeah I'm glad some people are figuring out that you don't have to just hold w and be max sized, the movement was a big focus I'm glad you appreciated it! :))
