Fantastic art style! I wish you could zoom out a bit more, though.
Good concept, makes good use of the jam theme, I like it a lot.
I felt like the gameplay was pretty basic, but the art is cool and I really like the whole vibe in general! The sound effects are a nice touch too! Like the sounds for all the beasts, and the guy pointing to the book. I found them funny and enjoyable.
I Truly love the artstyle. One of the best in the jam so far!
Game's got an interesting concept, and the game itself was pretty fun, but where it shines is the style. It really nails that weird gross inaccurate medieval style and it's super cool.
It was very easy to beat the game as others have mentioned, though. Some more pushback would've been nice, but it was still a fun experience.
Simple game but I really loved the art! I think like another commenter said you should have exaggerated the weight a bit more, as how it is the game is pretty easy to just brute force even if you skip reading the weights of the creatures! Overall though, great entry :)
Came for the art, stayed for the fun. Absolutely adore terrible little freaks and so this was up my alley. The premise is basic, but the different combinations provide enough variety for the game to last a while, although I would be up for a little more of a challenge. Good stuff for a jam game!
Cool game.
You could maybe exaggerate the weight of the creatures, make heavy creatures heavier, lighter creatures lighter. When I played I was mainly concerned with their shape, not their weight.
It is interesting to have weight and size be separate things, that could lead to interesting scenarios.
The art style definitely stands out, so great job there.
I'd love to hear your feedback on our game as well if you'd like to give it a go.
Pretty easy but so so so beautiful man
Well done! Once I realized you can zoom out and drag the camera with RMB everything started coming together :]
The art style is really cool !! Good job !
