Really cool idea!
Simple and to the point, I liked it! The only thing that felt a big janky was the "jumping" (scaling up and then quickly down), but other than that, a solid little jam game!
The movement and scaling felt really smooth! I did get stuck in a hole with a switch though.
U probably could got out of the hole, but i should make it easier for the player, just smaller hole i guess my bad
Nice idea to scale the player in two directions and base the puzzles on that!
I think the boxes should be more predictable though, having to get lucky for them to bounce in the right direction to hit a button just felt a bit annoying.
First i thought they will create more fun and weird scenarios, but implementing them right was too big challange
Awesome level design and cool gameplay
A unique twist on a player scaling puzzle platformer. The other games I've seen use a similar concept all scale the player uniformly, so changing the individual axis makes this stand out. The block physics were quite difficult to work with, as they would be pushed very forcefully and seemingly clip on the tiles. However, the overall game was very interesting, and the puzzles were challenging but not frustrating.
I will probably finish and polish this game in the future outside of jam, because i see a lot of potential in this idea. You're right about blocks, nice to hear that u liked the game.
fun puzzle platformer!
nice puzzle game, the buttons show alot of potential
This is neat. Not sure how I feel about the boxes having regular physics though.
Nice to hear. I had trouble making them work with weird godot physics 2D engine, there are chicky solutions to some problems.
Cool little puzzle game! puzzles were just challenging enough to make me think. I would love to see a level select system of some kind!
