I really like the style, and the goofy soviet music is funny. It doesn't have a lot more going for it, but it's nice for what it's worth

The art style and sound design is really good, I struggled a little bit with the physics but I had a fun time building my town.

The building mechanic is really unique and the art style as well. The rotate mechanic is a bit buggy but you guys did well with the time given.
