How does your game fit the theme?
Our game fits this years theme by having the player navigate puzzles where the size is the key. Using pads, the player can change size, and using a ray gun, the player can scale objects up and down. The player must think multiple moves ahead, planning their route, and when they need to manipulate their size.

Cool idea and good puzzles. Well done.

This game has some really cool puzzles, and I love the Portal vibe it has, especially with the narrator. However, some of the mechanics, namely jumping and pushing boxes can be extremely janky, which is annoying when one mistake is a reset. And I also wish there were more than like one level with the scale gun cause it has a lot of potential for some really cool puzzle. But Overall, Great Job!

Interesting puzzle designs and fun writing from the narrator! But what did poor Kira do to deserve all these snide remarks?!!

Really fun game with some smart puzzle design!

I kinda wish the scale gun was introduced earlier, since it could have been used for some really interesting puzzles. Though I get that this was probably cut short due to time.

Yeah... we needed 2 more hours to get some more levels in. The ray gun was incredibly buggy for most of development, so we couldn't focus on the levels for until the last 24 hours.

Can definitely relate to that. I spent most of the jam worried I wouldn't even have levels by the end of it. Two thirds of the levels in my game were made in the last 12 hours.

Really nice game! I love the idea and the puzzle are well made. The narrator is a fun little addition :)

This was an interesting game, there were a lot of stuff you did with those plates, but the fact that the gun section had only two levels was a bit anticlimatic. Also the gun cutscene was obnoxiously long, like it doesn't need to be 1 minute long and I could have skipped it.

Love the idea! The fact that the plates were one-time use provided an interesting challenge.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm glad that you liked the challenge.

Awesome art style and really nice take on the theme. We loved the puzzle elements combined with the platformer part. Great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm glad that you enjoyed our puzzle platformer. \^o^/

Fun game. Reminds me of portal (people watching me through windows and a robot insulting me the whole time). Good job!

Developer(+1)

Happy you like the game! We planned out the story, then as we began work, we realized it was quite similar to portal.

Developer (1 edit)

Yep, I remember Dr. Jovo commenting on that. I had no idea that people watched you through the windows in portal (though I've never played). Thanks for playing!

Charming game! I like the music and aesthetic, AND the puzzle elements :)

Developer

Thank you! 101zh did a incredible job with the music and art. I'm glad you liked the game!

Very nice puzzle platformer! I really like how you tried to make it into a story, would've loved to see more levels using the size gun.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the game! Sorry about the lack of levels, but I hope the few levels that we have were challenging yet fun.
