This game is really well made and polished, and I like the concept, but I found it really hard, until I discovered that just mashing click makes it trivial. I went to level 10 with my health always at max, while I struggled to get to level 4 without spamming. I think the main problem is that there are a lot of enemies, and it does not matter if you align perfectly your shots to kill two enemies at once, because 5 enemies have spawned in the meantime and you could just have tossed it and maybe killed one at random, plus gotten a dash afterwards and got to the heart that would have depleted otherwise.
But don't get me wrong, it's a great game, it's just frustrating that the optimal strategy is the easiest one to pull off.
Exactly same opinion here, I think it's too chaotic for its own good and so click spam work too much.
But a really solid entry nevertheless.
(Sorry to use your commentary I don't want to repeat all what you said perfectly :p)
Yes for sure, it really was a rush at the end to get it submitted on time. With just a little more time and some tweaks, we would have been able to balance the gameplay a lot. But such is the nature of a game jam! Thanks for the feedback :)
The presentation is fantastic, the gameplay is satisfying and fun, and the take on the theme is very creative. I just love the idea of moving automatically and having your moves controlled by a die. Most of the gameplay was RNG, but I still felt like I had control. Really nice work!
Thank you, glad you had fun! :D
Can't believe this is a game jam game! Brilliant.

Amazing game, loved everything from art style, to music to gameplay. It was a bit chaotic at first, but i quickly for the hang of it and i couldn't stop after that, really excited to see what's next!!
What an awesome feeling and sounding game! Bit of balancing as just randomly clicking on the board and always upgrading bigger bullets ensured that I was unbeatable. Hearts were so plentifull and I think enemies didnt scale with time so.. GOD MODE! :D Such a good idea still! Great work! 👍
Thank you! Yes, unfortunately the nature of a game jam means we ran out of time and couldn't balance the gameplay with so many last minute implementations. Glad you liked it anyway! :)
Such a great a game my gosh ! the feeling, the feedbacks ! loved it :) This is not really clear some times if you gonna take a hit or not.
Hope that you will be able to test my game :) thx
Holy this is arguably my favorite jam game I've played so far. The gameplay loop is extremely addicting and well polished. It's hard to understand the game at first but once you get in the rhythm of the game it feels really satisfying to pull off combos (a combo meter would be the cherry on top).
I hope to see this game get's developed further, it's very promising as of what it is now. I would suggest that some player health indication on the plater itself would be a good idea since the chaotic nature of the game does not allow me to to look right for one second.
Thanks for playing, and the feedback! Yeah, it's hard to look away from the action to see your health or any other UI unfortunately. Definitely lot's of things that could be improved, but such is the nature of a game jam! Glad you enjoyed in though! :D
Nice game, lots of great polish and juice that make it feel really good to play. Visuals and audio are also superb
really cool!
Awesome, just the right amount of randomness, the controls feel great, the game feels great
Really cool game! very juicy and well-made. The way the player's attacks are randomized, yet they are able to jump and aim some of them is rlly good.
nice job
Super cool concept that had me engaged for a while and definitely one of my favorite games I've played so far! The art, sound effects, and music are great and the game feels really juicy and good to play. 10/10 across the board
Thank you! <3
Insane amount of polish her with some unique ideas! Love the simplicity of the controls, and the art, Not a whole lot to knock
Really fun game! It took me a bit to get used with the Jump Arrow vs "Attack Indicator" and some abilities usage were a bit weird but really cool concept.
A fun game with great art and music
Very polished experience! It's hard to dodge those projectiles, though, since a lot of the weapons don't move the player. Otherwise, fun to play and really nice to look at. :)
Addictive, punchy, satisfying, readable yet extremely appealing art, and it’s all inspired by the peerless Inscryption, which is always a win in my book.
Not a big fan of letting the player character run around aimlessly, but once you get used to the different powerups and attacks it’s a bit more manageable. You can cheese the game a bit by spamming left click and increasing the size of your bullets, but the visual spectacle is worth it. Good job.
Big bullet runs are best runs.
Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it :D
