I love how you really had personality in the art style and animations, my first rating of the jam and I can already tell this will be one of my faves for that reason.
Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the no effect card, just felt like it had no reason to be in the deck and when i got the rewards a lot of the time i just mindlessly clicked the only non "no effect" card or w/e.
I think i died like 2-3 times iirc but i managed to beat the game so it had a pretty nice balance considering it's a jam game lolol
good concept and it was really fun. im interested to see what a full version would hold!
Liked the concept and enjoyed playing. The randomness never felt unfair.
Really good environment settings. It's a random game, so I feel like having bad or good luck is very much part of the game. Still felt sad when I died though. I enjoyed it!
Well it was a long time ago a starting menu screen has gotten me to laugh that much!!!
A simple concept really well executed! Gameply loop was great and the characters with their own animations and even music just topped it all off amazingly!

It feels like it could have been done more strategically... In fact, the current deck leaves you with few REAL options
But these little animations of the characters are surprisingly interesting :D
Cool mashup of a card game with RNG combat. The system with enemy confidence was a neat twist, and all the art gave a chill atmosphere, great job!
