- The less is more mechanic really shone with the blacksmith upgrade system. And my goodness, Kobold mode! :D

Really awesome! I personally really liked the card strategy game aspect (new to these sorta games), and it really puts me to think about my moves! Love having a bunch of little kobolds to take care of. Charming names too! After the jam is over I will play it a bit more to get to the ending.
Thank you very much, I'm glad you liked it!
Pretty fun game, I like the idea of using a numerous little army, cute design for the mobs, also interesting mechanic for upgrades, very well done.
Thank you very much!
Very impressed by the overall presentation, and music (reminded me of Cthulhu Saves the World, maybe an inspiration?). I found the sheer amount of units overwhelming, I think it may have been clearer if the cards were equipped solely by the player, while the individual units would only affect the statistics, if that makes sense. Nevertheless, great job!
Never played Cthulhu Saves the World.
I can see how amount of units can be overwhelming at first (especially without any kind of sort function), but units equiping cards is a core mechanic (since the point is for each unit to have different effectivness even with the same card). But thank you very much for your feedback!
Wow impressive how much content there is. A bit overwhelmed by the amount of things to check at first but the idea of controlling a big crowd and still carry for each of them is really cool.
Thank you very much! Yeah, it can be a little overwhelming at the beginning. :P
Very cool design, love the twist with the theme!!
Thank you very much!
Very cool game. Very impressive how you were able to accomplish so much in the limited amount of time. Wish there was more stages and better cards at the end. Again great submission.
Thank you!
Yeah, more cards, more enemies and more enemy attacks were all planned, but they ended up being too much for the scope of this jam. xD
It's amazing how much you can make in a limited amount of time.
Just watching all the super cute characters moving around is a joy!
I want to play more!
Thank you very much!
At this point, I cannot promise the game will go anywhere further, I will see in time. :P
This was really great! The second level felt a bit hard then it felt easy again, but it was really fun. Love the army! It was hard to understand everything at first, especially the smithy… I once got scared that the game stopped working, only to realize it was waiting for me to select an enemy… There could be some more intensive visual clue. overall I am very impressed. I had a a lot of fun. Thanks for the game!
Thank you! Yeah, the second fight seems to often be the hardest. Truth be told, I didn't have time to balance any fights at all, was just typing stats blindly, but shhh. :P
Are you kidding me!? How did you pull this off? It looks so cool and plays really well. It's full of cool features and mechanics and all holds together so well. The gameplay is easy to get into but clearly has some depth to it. Very well done. I'm so impressed.
Thank you very much!
As for how? Tea. Absurd amounts of tea.
Your best game yet! I won and it was a nice challenge the whole way through.
I really like your take on the theme. It was a great idea idea to lose troops to make the remaining better, especially how that synergized with the card aspect of concentrating your good cards to come up more often.
The background I found very cute. I loved how each troop had a personality and race and little animations, I think that made a big impact.
Overall really well done. I am glad you did the jam again this year.
Thank you very much!
Yeah, a deckbuilder was my first thought when hearing the theme, as I've fallen into a trap of just adding more and more cards to the deck and then not ever getting the ones I actually need. xD
For units, I really wanted them to not just feel like uniform cookie cutter copies, but more like little goobers. Of course, to an extent that's possible within a timeframe of a jam.
A very impressive showing for the timeframe; any of my major complaints are about QoL and polish.
Thank you!
And yeah, sadly I ran out of time, so couldn't polish it at all. xD
This was great!! I defeated the dragon and had a great time doing it!!
Congratulations!
And thank you very much for playing!
Wow! This was really fun!
The controls work well, the deck-building lends itself to the “less is more” theme, with discarding less desirable cards to get new ones!
The art assets were really well done, and the idea of commanding an army is a unique take on the deckbuilder genre!
Overall I think this is one of the best games in this jam! Well done! 😊
Oh, thank you very much for the kind words!
Yeah, when I thought about Less is More a deckbuilding game was immidiately my thought, due to the nature of having smaller deck = you get cards you want more often!
A very cool game, indeed! Love the graphics and the card mechanics! I find it awesome that you were able to put together such an awesome game in the timeframe of 10 days, nice job!
Thank you!
