The controls are quite unusable for me. Yet others seem to have managed a bit so I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong?
I managed to get all endings I think. What a great game! I loved the humor! I think the magnet needs to be a tad stronger though. Sometimes I didn't have enough time to move the boxes where I wanted.
This is such a unique concept and this is an excellent take on the jam's theme. It took me a couple attempts to finally beat it, and I mostly struggled with trying to stop the objects from falling, especially when you're grabbing some of them with the magnet and then a bunch of blocks fly into the area and hit the blocks I was holding. The stomping was also quite intense as I tried really hard not to say stupid things during the date (although some of them are quite funny). Good job.
PS: does this count as a dating sim?
Pretty funny game! The magnet seems kinda weak though
This was oddly charming! I found the obligatory "Colossal Creature" pretty funny when it came up. Great job!
Really cool idea, the magnet is incredibly frustrating to control but that keeps the gameplay challenging
A really unusual game that made me nervous when the monster's stomp tried to destabilize the hero's feelings :/) I saved the situation in some incredible way every time, despite the low speed of the magnet. I got a neutral ending. It was fun)
Very unique game and solid execution, well done!
At first I did not understand that you had to HOLD your left mouse button...i just clicked it and nothing happend. I also wished the magnet would move faster. Other than that great entry, congrats! :)
I got neutral ending. Super unique idea, I really like it. I wasn't sure exactly what strategy to take, but was enjoying the story unfold. Really thought a monster was going to appear, but it didn't (in my play through anyway).
Originally I wanted to add more animations, including the monster appearing, but I didn’t have time :(.
Thanks for the kind words!
Nice entry! Really liked the concept. The different dialogues gave it quite a bit of fun replayability. Only thing I wish was different about it is how the magnet works. Like, I think moving the boxes around that spawn randomly, and can fly in from different directions and knock eachother down gave the game plenty enough challange by itself so it didn't need the magnet to be so sluggish and weak. But maybe that's just a matter of taste. Great work!
Extremely original, minimalist, stylish, and well-executed while fitting the theme well.
Congratz for making a great game! This might be my favorite entry so far 🚀
Hah, that was charming! Great job!
I love the design and the graphics! It's a cute little game, great storyline and the decisions are super smoothly put into the game. I just had some problems with a correct timing and movement of the magnet, I wish it the objects moved faster, whereas the timer was a bit longer.
Really great idea! I like the simple gameplay paired with the effect it has on the story going on outside. Branching dialog and multiple endings in a jam game is pretty amazing! Well done. Some parts were quite challenging as well.
I had a lot of fun playing the game and trying to adapt when stuffs were thrown in. I definitely did not expect a monster to be coming into play there. I just wished that the magnet would follow the mouse faster and that the counter was a little bit shorter.
But other than that it was a great time!
Very original idea ! The whole setup is gorgeous, very well organized. The dialogs are funny, and it makes you want to discover every one of them. I had the neutral ending, because I wasn't hungry, but I'll try getting da girl later, when I'm done rating.
Congrats !
Lovely! I think I made it to the end of the game. This was a very unique entry, with very good use of the wild cards you chose. It also fit the theme very well! Good job. :)
No :(. Uploaded the wrong file…
Now it should be working :D!
