Interesting and fun shoot em up with assembling mechanics. really liked the art style and color usage. Only complaint that I have is at the end of waves, the scrap could be instantly collected.
Love the style and music.
The overall settings reminds me some scene from Orwell 1984, the good guys are trying to help :D
Yeah, the upgrade pricing is a bit high but doable :)
Well done!
thanks for the kind words I'm glad you enjoyed it, I wish I had a little more time to work out the balance and add some variety to the enemies.
You can update your game start ting from the next week ;) I think a lot of devs will do that :)
Cute game! The controls are super smooth! I wish upgrades were a little cheaper, I ended up never buying them and just completing the board. I enjoyed my time, though!
Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Love me some clouds!! The art is so cute and you did a great job in such a short time as well!!
Thank you so much for the kind words!
Loved the artistic direction, great use of the 4 colors. Game is straight forward and easy to pick up. Overall its a clean fun game, could very easily be expanded upon with more baddies/powerups./levels. Would have liked to a see another enemy or two besides the masses of robots, but I did enjoy having dozens of them on the screen.
I did find clicking caused me to fire much faster than holding down the mouse button.
Great Entry!
Thanks for the kind words im glad you enjoyed it!
Pretty enjoyable, pretty challenging. Definitely a solid entry. The art is cute and I really enjoy it. I think having some time to collect coins or an auto collect at the end of the round would have been really good
Thanks for the kind words and suggestion!
Really nice art and sound! Gameplay was satisfying, but could use more enemy types or level variation, as has already been mentioned. I also think an autofire mechanic could be a nice touch since there's not really any reason to not be firing your gun at all times. Really fun base of a game here, just needs expanding upon!
Thanks for the kind words!
The clouds really draw you into the game. Funny that while presentation and composition can be complex, arduous aspects of a game, that sometimes a single element of that design can provide incredible mileage and allow you to then simplify it to an extent that you aren't breaking your back meticulously crafting endless supplies of art assets.. Reminds me of how mesmerizing the clouds are in nidhogg. I agree with SirRana that the gameplay was a little repetitive. I think if you decreased the enemy hp, sized up those projectiles and slapped some camera shake on that bad boi you'd have yourself a well oiled machine. Regardless, well done :)
Thank you for the feedback! Balancing was the one thing that i really needed to put more time into. Post jam it might nice to go back and polish it up a bit and add some more content and variety.
The palette was quite aesthetically pleasing,
I like it! However, as the game plays on, it feels too repetitive and enemies had no variation whatsoever. What I did was just hold left-click on my mouse mindlessly to collect the scraps while dodging the enemies..
However, it is still somewhat challenging and somewhat fun at its core!
Thanks for the feedback! I would have liked to add more enemy types and elements to combat the repetitiveness but unfortunately time just didnt allow it.
I loved your use of the four colors, the pallet was really pleasing and the clouds were super cool, along with fun and challenging gameplay!
Thank you so much!
