Possibly my favorite thing here was being able to continuously get smaller and smaller until both my character and the enemies were tiny. I feel like the upgrades typically associated with being "good upgrades" in a game like this became liabilities and a potentially mediocre upgrade like just being smaller became huge benefits.

Also your bullet sprite was very fun! Thank you for submitting.

It's a good idea on the theme, but being one-hit-killed is a little frustrating. Even with the reflection of power-ups, maybe the player should still be a little stronger or resistant than the enemies. Still, good game, congrats!

I did eventually beat it by intentionally taking no upgrades to avoid becoming a glass cannon.  Once you look at the upgrades for a floor you have to pick one (could be nice to let you confirm without picking one if you don't like any of them) but if you avoid the green dot you can just move on after killing the enemies.  Every time I took powerups I ended up becoming a glass cannon, but I'm sure there's a fine line between taking powerups and avoiding them that gives this a kind of 'push your luck' feel that is interesting.  I liked it overall, good job!  One note though: on the last level, the stage extends beyond the viewport, meaning enemies and the player could be stuck offscreen.  At least one of my runs ended with me being shot from offscreen on that stage.

I liked it.

Nice work!  Interesting twist on reflection and upgrades.  You totally got me on level with several guys "hiding".  I think shooting felt kinda slow initially but it's interesting how many paths lead to a glass cannon, or maybe that's just my fate.

"Buffs get reflected on enemies 1:1" - I actually had no idea about it, probably because they never hit me and I only took attack upgrades :))
A nice starting point for the bullet-hell game, good luck with further work!

Would you be able to reupload this as an .exe, or an html project?

I was able to run this. Very fun! I thought the upgrades were interesting. The concept of the abilities being mirrored is cool to. Great work - congrats on submitting!
