Fantastic gameplay! The graphics are just great and the concept is executed very well. The music goes along very nicely with the tone and didn't get old. It bothered me a little bit that the game didn't pause and everyone continued moving when I talked to people, though.
I liked the concept of the game, and graphics were great! I was having trouble figuring out what the tells were for a npc tampering with something even on easy though. Maybe if you got some kind of notification when something has been tampered with, and also there was something that made interactable objects stand out, it could help the player out. I really like the presentation and it's a great foundation if you chose to build on it, maybe as a multiplayer game!
I must need to work on my sleuthing skills. In my three attempts, I never managed to catch the double agent! Oh well, it was still fun :)
Your art choices fit together really well and the music set the mood nicely. I would just recommend altering character collisions a bit. Maybe they could collide with one another, or something, because sometimes a couple characters walk the same exact route (on top of each other), so it's hard to interact with the one I want.
Really great work here though! :D
This was nice! It made me remember the game SpyParty, the randomness makes the game feel fresh everytime and its cool that there are different difficulty levels.
The only critique i could give is that there could be some sound effects just to make the ambient feel more alive. And as an extra being able to play the spy could be pretty cool.
Overall, nice short game!
Nicely executed. Except I was too late to find the agent.
Also, I would appreciate if you rated and gave feedback on my game-

Very well made. Love the unpredictable imposter mechanic and overall investigation formula of the game. Also hats off to the UI. Really minimal and sleek!
I liked the style of the game and the idea
it reminded me of among us
good work
cool game and nice job with the artwork! reminds me of clue, the board game! Would love to see this expanded with more levels/environments and characters!
I'd appreciate it if you could play & rate my game as well! :)
Thank you so much, that's a very nice thing to say! In the development process, we took some inspiration from Clue, so I'm happy that you are reminded of that :-D
I will try your game right away!
Nice gameplay & pixel art! The walk cycle animations were a bit funky for some of the characters—not easy, I know—and they occasionally did get stuck on one another, but overall it played well
Good game! loved the guess who style of gameplay! was pretty fun going around trying to figure out who it was. my biggest control issue was I kept wanting to click on the character to interact XD maybe having both E and mouse options.
Good music and implementation! love the fast getting back into the next game :D
This is great, once I learned what to look for, the game was a lot more fun. I was able to catch that sneaky Femme Fatale wiretapping the phone.
A really difficult game! Played a couple of rounds and didn't manage to find the double agent :(
Love the music and the graphic approach is really cohesive.
Good job!
Hi there! Thank you so much for the comment, it is such a pleasure to hear from people who have tried our game.
We hope that you still had a fun experience playing, even though it was difficult.
Presentation is excellent for a game jam. Played really smoothly, art and music set the mood really well.
The concept was good too - following someone until you find something suspicious in the places they've been is genius. Im not sure how you coded it, whether only if the npc is in view will he do something fishy, but otherwise it's a very good game idea.
Talking to the NPCs felt useless however, they didn't give much information and I can't tell if it affects the gameplay. I feel you could do a lot more with them!
Thank you for a very nice comment, we are very happy to hear that you liked our game.
As this was the first "full" game we made together, and the first game jam any of us have attended, we are really happy with the end result.
Investigation through NPC interaction was something we really wanted to add as well, like you pointed out, but we simply didn't have the time to implement that in a functional state, so they ended up just being a supplement to the game universe experience.
Interesting game, reminded me of Among Us a bit. Liked the concept, think you could do a lot more with this.
Thank you so much for your comment! Very early in the ideation process, we actually talked about this as a very simplified form of singleplayer Among Us. I am happy that notion still was apparent on the other side of development :-)
