Fun to play, liked the use of assets. I think it needs more sound effects, and maybe some sort of UI element that tells you that you need 5 bulbs. And then, once you've got them,  there should be some sort of arrow telling the player to move on!

Thank you, glad you liked how i sued the assets! I was in a rush to add SFX, so i added only the one when the player loses a life. I also tought about making the arrow, but it wasn't working. Thank you for feedback, and thank you for your time.

Very fun to play! Loved it!

Developer

thank you for playing the game! Glad you liked it!

Pretty fun concept! this game would benefit greatly from some juice/polish like SFX, animations etc but I know that is out of scope for a 48hour jam!

The boss fight was a nice surprise too! I think some powerups like a temporary shield could be a nice feature.

Thank you for checking out my game! Glad you liked it, i tought about making a shop evey time you finish a part, like first part ecc. but it required too much time and i didn't finish it in time. Those two are achievements btw, secondary objectives that you can complete, to complete them you just have to take no damage, or kill no airplanes. Thank you for playing and thank you for your time - Franko

I'm proud to get the "You took no damage, you killed no one". Well made game.

Developer

Glad you like the game, didn't expect someone to actually do the secondary achievements! "you killed noone" was supposed to be "pacifist" but i tought that it would fit better like this. Thank you for your time!

Good fun, satisfying to play. Liked the part 1/2/3 being part of the background landscape. Well done!

Developer

Thank you, didn't expect someone to notice it haha. Also i didn't expect the "satisfying to play", could you explain what you mean by that?

Cute shmup! Bit rough around the edges, but fun to play

Developer

Thank you! Glad to hear you enjoyed the game. Ty for your time - Franko

This was quite a fun concept, and I really liked the backgrounds. The only issue I had was that it was a bit hard to see the bullets against the backgrounds, tinting them for better contrast or making them a little larger might have made it a bit easier to see and made the combat feel a bit fairer. Also, having an up arrow prompt when you collect all 5 bulbs would probably make it clearer to people who didn’t see the description initially!

hi, i tought about the arrow but couldn't add it in time, it would have made everything easier. Thank you for your time! - Franko

Exploration twist on the shmup genre? The fast shoots from the enemies felt a bit unfair.

Developer

i know sry i couldn't fix it in time, but since you can do that too, i don't think that is all that unfair, well if you're trying to go for the achievements then it might feel unfair, ty for your time!

pretty cool shooter game

Had a ton of fun playing this! These kind of shooter games are always enjoyable and it was really stunning! However I do think it stretches the theme a llittle, but that's fine. Keep up the good work!

Developer

Hi, i agree, the game needed more levels, then it would have been nicer, but i didn't had much time to make levels and i didn't wante them to feel too repetitive, ty for you time!

I really like simple games like this. I would put some collider in each area (like rocks or houses) in order to prevent the player or enemies from shooting or going there. Furthermore, shooting can also not be done since I was able to collect the flags by dodging the bullets of the enemies.

Developer(+1)

ty, i made an achievement, once you beat the final boss, you can see that you didn't hit anyone!
