Did you work in a team?
I worked alone, doing all the programming, animation, music,... It was super fun π€
Was the resolution a challenge?
Making shaders in 64*64 is a challenge, all these smooth functions that are now pixelated. It has it's charm though! π
What did you learn?
I tried to start from the story, creating beautiful scenes and afterward linking them through gameplay. It's a completely different methodology, but one more game designers should try to be honest.

everything in this game is beautiful, the art, atmosphere, audio and the gameplay is fun.
great job.
Thank you so much! π€
This game has some good very things, but the atmosphere, the mistery and the story behind the game is an amazing cocktail.
Goob job!!
Thank you very much Kolvag π€
That was SO COOL. Excellent combination of dynamic music and trippy visuals into something you can really sink into. The main mechanic definitely had that element of the best puzzle games where once you got the hang of it you could get in the zone and just play by reaction, not really thinking. Really impressive for such a small project. I loved it!
Thank you so much Theioti! π€ Iβm glad it resonated with you π
beautiful ^^ the sound direction is very impactful, and the visuals are gorgeous <3 the mini game was perfect for something like this, really good entry! :)
Thank you so much Rickylee! π Iβm glad you enjoyed it π€
What a beautiful game. The artwork and story were both very abstract, and executed quite well. Loved the song at the end too
Thank you so much Jay π€
Cool game! The visuals are stunning and tells a story that is very open to player interpretation, while still feeling like it has its own story to tell at its root.
Great job!
Thank you so much! Yeah, one of the great things is to see players connect in their own way with their own experiences and emotions. Thank you for playing! π€
Really nice game! art's sick too
Thanks Wandering Panda π€
Nice little game and the music and sounds are excellent.
Thank you, Iβm glad you liked it π
such a lovely game! I love how it tells so much! and the way it is paced, cut together and the great music!! Great job Sander! π
Thank you so much Mickehh! I really appreciate you playing it π€
Congratulations on making this game !
I've played your game during a live that you can watch here :
The live is timestamped so you can go directly to your game.
I hope the feedback and live reactions will be useful to you. Keep it up !
That was amazing, dude! This gameplay with the heart remembered me how you fight in Undertale (sorry for comparing but I love this game too much so I really enjoyed playing a similar mechanic ^^').
Really good work on the audio. That's fun to hear your own voice at the end, plus very cool song! Well done as always! Very creative! Keep up!
Thank you so much Antoine! π€ Yeah someone else also made the connection to Undertale and now I can not unsee it π€£
Great narrative experience. Played it all the way through :-)
Awesome, thanks for playing π€
This is electrifying. I love this. It looks amazing and sounds fantastic too. The game itself is a little on the short side but I don't have any complaints there - this is a jam so short, simple gameplay is perfect. I would just like to spend more time here :D Top marks, amazing job.
Thank you so much Akzidenz π€ itβs short because I put all my time in developing weird shaders and thinking of the story π and to be fair, having people think your game is too short is a good problem to have compared to the opposite π
This is a great work which shows a lot of technical prowess. The audio paired up very well with the surreal imagery. My interpretation is that the story is an allegory for therapy? Where the therapist tries to go through barriers and obstacles to listen for the patient's heart. The ending I took to be the patient's withdrawal from the therapy sessions since the hearts don't pair up.
Iβm so glad the game resonated with you π€ thanks for playing! Although the game did not come from the metaphors you described, you description is definitely a valid interpretation. It is a very personal story and I hope everyone projects their own feelings onto it to make the experience their own π
im glad i found this game, it is a unique expirience
Aw, thanks Pina! βΊοΈ
VERY visually striking!! And super abstract too. Very interesting entry, I love to see the awesome ways people work within the low resolution!
Thank you Mopi! Iβm glad you liked the experimental art π€
