How does your game fit the theme?
Movement mechanics are based on “taking a deep breath”. You breathe to move!

Fun but crab stunlock felt unfair. Also W didn't work at first, so I had to manually rebind it in controls

It's a fun little jam game, and works really well with the theme. The main mechanic is really important for the game and thus the theme is really well used.

There are some issues (as always with jam games). The tutorial lied to me, W doesn't work. Getting stunlocked by crabs is not fun and feels a bit too punishing. Some things are hard to understand (do I also collect trash when moving through it or only when breathing, what is collectable and what is not)

But it's a good game. Good job!

(But I do feel like you have way too many teammates in your team)

Nice game! Well done! I remember seeing the concepts from the crabs during the jam in Discord :) . Yesteday I also got to play this game on a stream, https://youtube.com/live/pxOUASRSPeY

I liked the aesthetics, the entertaining mechanics, music according to the game, details with the bugs that happened to me like that at times the keyboard did not work during the game and I had to use the mouse and vice versa, also the crabs if you get together a couple do not let you do anything.

I really enjoyed the movement in this one, it felt really tight. I used a mouse and turning and boosting with it felt really smooth. The crabs are crazy hard, and they like to stack up which makes moving around the quite difficult. The cutscene at the beginning was cool too. Great work!

Not giving much feedback on the bugs as you probably already know those (& it's okay to have bugs in jam games).

The one thing that did hinder my experience a lot was not any of the bugs but the red crabs are very hard. You can't escape them by breathing because it sucks them in & then you get hit & cant move. The loop continues. Good game overall. Nice to see you stick with the goofy anime inhaling ahaha

Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah crabs are not very polished atm, wouldve needed a bit more time

They dont really get sucked in, but their hitbox wouldve needed 5 more minutes of polish qq I think I know what you mean, sometimes they just seem to keep attacking right?
( I tried to mitigate it a bit by giving the player enough oxygen to boost once if he got hit, even if he was out of it before )

  • Love the audio!
  • Like the mechanic of vacuuming nearby trash on inhaling.
  • The direction change with the mouse seems to stop working after 1 round.
  • Crabs are too punishing and annoying.
  • The overall movement felt very sluggish, even when I'm boosting.

I agree - crabs are a bit too annoying atm - I didnt have the time to polish them enough, whats essentially missing is that they return to idle after hitting instead of return to base and then chase again - as well as some hitbox polishing, it bugs out sometimes atm

Very interesting idea and awesome visuals! I did encounter a bug where the keyboard controls for inhaling and exhaling didn't work even though I selected keyboard at the start, but overall very fun :)

Oh nooo - hopefully you were able to reset them inside the Settings ( You can bind the keys to whatever button you want )
Thanks for the positive Feedback!
