Good visuals.  The gameplay works well just would of liked the difficulty to pick up both faster and further.  Felt like it took awhile to get to somewhat interesting situations and then it didn't really get any harder.

old school arcade vibe, nice

Very nice concept and execution! I like how player ship can warp around the sides. Did very well with submitting a complete game, with scoring, lives, and complete mechanics. Nice job!

Really retro vibes from this game, it feels a bit slow at the start but it soon becomes a lot of chaotic beams and ships, really cool concept, the aesthetic and SFX are great but i feel like some music would make it a greater experience.

Absolutely nailed that retro aesthetic. Genuinely felt like I was playing an old arcade cabinet, with the intentionally jerky movement and everything. Really solid creation, good job.

I really like the art style of the game. It feels like something I would see in an arcade cabinet in the 1980s. The gameplay isn't too revolutionary, but it's still fun to play. Also I suggest you make the enemy ships go faster as time goes on. Other than that I had fun, so good job. Also my highscore is 1400.

The game looks really good and I really like the sound effects. A and D instead of arrows is always appreciated but the game is fun anyways. The only problem I had (and one that I had on a similar game I made) is that you can easily get a bunch of points by staying a same place and pressing the space button every once in a while. Maybe make the bullets not destroyable.

Overall, a little game that is surprisingly fun and looks and feels good, but just with one problem.

Great art and UI! Love the ability to shoot through lasers!

I wasn't able to see my character! But other than that seems fun!

The lane-style movement works well with the game. The reload mechanic also adds more depth to the classic shoot 'em up. It would be cool if the game increased difficulty a little faster.

This is good take on a shoot em up genre. I like having lanes instead of free movement since it makes it easier to aim. The shot cooldown also makes this more interesting since you can't just rapid fire and destroy everything. Great game.

Interesting twist on a top-down shoot ’em up. It has a retro fill where the enemies all move in unison. Really enjoyed the layout as well.

I really enjoyed it! The concept is taken from an NES game, but the presentation was nice!

Probably the best use of the limitation in the Jam for the art part, I love the simplicity of the graphics. The game feels a bit slow, explosion stay on screen a bit too much, but overall a really fun game, congrats!

Fun game! Adding different ships or levels or something would have taken it to the next level, but it's well made :)

the art is cute and the game play is very much like galaga, so i had fun! i wish there was something more, but i still liked it :-)

Hahahaha Thanks For Playing, also I get what you mean by more, maybe power ups or different ships would be cool
