Really amazing FPS game. I liked the how the drones rotate when they were at critical point. The visual were pretty neat. I wish you added some music and sound to the game. I also wish that the player could sprint and jump. I was also facing difficulty on pointing out when the enemy was near and which enemy is hitting me. But overall the game runs pretty smooth. Well done.

Great starting point judgind by controls and movement feel, hope you'll keep working on it as even with limited tweaking on graphics and enemy variety/behaviours it coud become a fast and fun arena shooter.

Only one little thing, if you keep it browser play (you should, it's smooth and easy to get into): disable forced full screen, as it cuts out a good margin of visual for me, and resizing isn't allowed

It's a solid start especially for a browser game! Would love to see more of it. The feedback the enemies show from being show was also really cool :)

Awesome start! Lots of nice little touches like the enemies spinning out of control when shot and lifting your guns when you face a wall. All the mechanics you have feel really satisfying. I feel like the minigun could use an overheat or reload function and the rail gun a longer cooldown just so that their use is a bit more limited. And of course sound and music would make the game that much better. I'd love to see this built out more with more power ups and enemies. Nice work!

Good job!  It's nice playing a 3D game that feels fluid through the browser.  I like the particle effects, and how the enemies would spiral out of control when you shoot them.  I think the cooldown for the laser should be increased quite a bit, as it was much more powerful than the minigun, and made using the minigun obsolete.

I liked the rockets very much, so that I want to implement something similar in my game, haha

From a mechanical standpoint I think you have yourself setup nicely for some very satisfying combat if you ever get around to adding sound.  Everything feels very responsive and with a bit of sound I'm sure it will have a good amount of punch.

I use Godot extensively but never had the chance to work with the IK.  What was your issue with it?

I loved the visuals in this, very cool looking. Gameplay was really nice and smooth too. Hopefully, you can add audio in the future.

Very cool I like the way the gun interact with the walls and smoothness of looking up and down with the guns responding accordingly. Very Cool

I liked the gattling gun + railgun combo, it reminds me of a famous set piece in Metal Gear Solid 4! In this case the railgun has a very short cooldown yet is powerful, so it’s really worth it training to aim and one-shot enemies with it for efficiency. Because of the lack of feedback on shot (partly due to lack of sound) it’s harder to tell when you hit with the gattling, so it’s a bit less satisfying…

I also had difficulties understand the right gauge works until I’ve read the description mentioning the shield (a visual feedback on shield activating during iframes would help).

Nevertheless it’s quick and easy to take in hands, and just does the job! I love the homing missiles which can do crazy trajectory bending to hit their targets!

(also second 3D game to run smoothly on Linux I’ve found on this ja, again made with Godot!)

Cool arena horde mode shooter.

The Drones and Mech models look really nice and i like how you made the enemies react to shots by having them sway all around the place since they are flying. The Lasergun / Minigun combo of the Obliterator is also pretty fun to use.

Too bad you didn't have time to add sounds or music cause this would add a bit more to the game's atmosphere, but regardless doesn't detract from the solid gameplay, the only real issue i had was a bit of a performance drop once i reached wave 10 and upwards, and probably was due to the number of enemies present in the arena, cause once i managed to destroy a few, framerate went back to normal.

Other than that it's real fun to play, well done :)

fun gameplay, love the visual style, the lack of sound is noticeable but its playable and still fun without
