Fun game! Really pretty - love the art and audio!

Very cool game, thank you :)

I had some trouble understanding when exactly I get stars and what the red stuff under some of the falling pieces mean, but I had a lot of fun playing. Cool animations when adding pieces!

Developer

Oh thank YOU!
I will try to add a tutorial... the stars propagate over the same type of tile, the red thingies under the pieces are the price in gold (expensive pieces are better for points).

Amazing game. The gameplay was completely spot on and the use of the limitation was a genius idea! If you continue working on this after; a rotate UI button would make this game completely touch friendly (which means mobile combatable). Some background music. Something medieval maybe. I personally enjoy particle effects, so when the pieces were destroyed could have used some particle effects for me. Great game, 5 stars for everything for me!

Loved the fast-paced action of this game!

The speed building was very nice.  I had trouble doing it with a touchpad, but I still made it pretty far.

This game simultaneously stressed me out, and excited me to no end. I found myself cursing and screaming both in enjoyment and despair. The range of emotions that I evoked from this experience leads me to believe it can only have been crafted by a devious mastermind. Good Game

Developer(+1)

I am happy it had an intense reaction ,but I am not sure about being devious!
It is like the hardest possible version of the game, I need to add a progression and tutorial to make it less frustrating.

Really addicting game !!

Very polished looking game. I had fun playing it. (Even though I wasn't really sure what I was doing some of the time. :D)

Really fun game, it gets really intense after like level 2. Good job!

Couldn't stop playing. Its one of the best games in the jam. Only issue I had was not seeing whats behind the houses.

Well done!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!
I made the roofs smaller, and when I have the time will do the same for the castles.

Yeah, uhh. This game is damn near perfect. I played through it 3 times. The only slight issue I have, is the top of the map gets cut off once you get bigger the 3rd(?) time

Developer(+1)

Thanks!
Yeah the top being cropped was a bug with the water growth, it should be better now.

well-polished, super addictive and really unique mash up of two genres

Awesome idea, I’d love to see this as a full game! Took me a bit to understand how to play, what does and doesn’t work, etc but once I got the hang of it the game was really fun. However, sometimes I would be given pieces that don’t have anywhere they can fit, and sometimes I found that the stars and score and stuff covered up part of the game.

Thanks for the feedback!
I took some time today to adjust the progression and prevented the UI from occluding the map.
For the things that are not clear, i will try to make a more tutorial-like level.

Cool game, the concept is really great, would love to see a fully finished game using those mechanics.
