Wow that was awesome. Amazing visual consistency and style, especially wih the post processing. A few bugs such as HP stoppnig working and I think the ray gun not working did hurt a little bit of the immersion but this was a very cool game with an EXCELLENT use of the theme in the story and especially the gameplay. I really like how it forces you to change the way you fight each enemy> If the enemies had a little bit more movement, it could really make things more exciting. Overall, amazing job on creating a game that explores the theme really well mechanicaly and narratively with great audio and art!

This was the best thing to happen to me at 3am

Jokes aside, this is one of the most polished games in this jam gameplay-wise. I loved driving around, loved shooting ither vehicles. Truly wish that you eventually make this into a full game! Y'all are a talanted team! Love it!

p.s. can't wait to see what's gonna be your third monke game in this jam series! (gotta love the monkey ballin' mayhem)

This game felt like Isaac ate a radioactive banana, hopped on a bicycle and rode straight into the Gungeon.  When those tanks went skraaa skraaa, then the fever dream started (in a good way). When I finally noticed the infinite HP bug, I went full Terminator mode. The reload function is irrelevant. Just gief moar bulletz.

I don't know if this was intentional, but the movement felt more like sliding/skating. Maybe that's how monkeys would ride a bicycle. Who knows.

One last important thing: Decadentia made another banger for the soundtrack. I am (patiently) waiting for an album. And you gotta have a producer tag (stares in Metro Boomin drums).

Was very impressed with this game and it looked like you put a ton of effort and time into it. The only thing I ran into was at some point I could only use the sword and not switch to anything else but overall awesome job on the game!

That was incredibly good. Made me want to play cult of the lamb again. Looked and sounded awesome.

I'd probably just forego the reloading mechanic entirely, while I was playing I just sort of waited for the next gun to cycle in because it would arrive with a full clip and reloading wasn't super immediate and took some time. When the weapons cycle that frequently reloading never felt worth it.

Really fantastic and unique feeling game though, I loved playing that.

Ray gun and sword don't seem to work which kind of sucks considering I can't control when I cycle to them. Also, brutally, the volume sliders didn't affect the audio at all. I had my speakers at a 2/100 and still found it almost painfully loud.

Having said all of that, this game is stylish, the music choice is good, and I like the tone of the writing quite a bit. It's a solid bullet hell experience and could have a lot of promise with the kinks ironed out. Producing something this polished after 3 days is really impressive. Well done!

Thanks a lot for playing and for the feedback :D! Sword and Ray Gun do work, but admittedly the sword has a small hitbox and ray gun is a charged weapon which takes a bit too long. We will definitely polish some things here and there once the rating period is over, including the volume sliders being bugged :)

Really nice artstyle and fun gameplay, although it somehow felt pretty short, I thought I had just ended the tutorial and 1min later I was already seeing the credits 😂 But as said fun nonetheless and I also enjoyed the story 😊 Oh and the key you had to press for the ritual was kinda confusing, I somehow could not figure out which letter it was, so I just pressed every key 😅😂 I think it was Q in the end.

Very fun but a few things didnt seem to work right. The ray gun didn't shoot, whenever a tank spawned they decided to also spawn about 50 million bullets + explosions which all played audio and clipped kinda badly, and i dont think i was able to take damage or die? Art was great, story was fun, and the game itself was still fun to play. Great job!

The Ray gun takes too much to charge (hold shoot and release for 1 second at least) and we never actually properly conveyed how it works. And yeah the infinite health is because we kinda submitted the game in "testing" mode. But thanks so much for the feedback and the support. Will fix these little things for a final version :)

Phenomenal game. I was playing on trackpad so having to spam click gave me carpal tunnel, but it was worth it to revive the bike god.

Really pretty pixel art and style I loved. I wish the lighting was toned down though it kinda overshadowed the rest of the art and was waaaay too glowy in my opinion. I seemed to be bugged though as I just couldn't take damage/die at all haha so it was pretty easy to beat. Not sure I would have finished the game without it to be honest especially with those tanks spamming bullets everywhere.

Thanks for the good feedback! Yeah we might need an epilepsy warning ahaha, especially for the final enemy waves.
And yeah, we worked until the last second and forgot to remove the infinite-health condition we used for testing. Hopefully we'll be able to change just this little detail somehow. But yeah, thanks a ton for the comment!!!

REALLY fun game. The visuals are delicious to look at, and the gameplay is fun as well. The volume settings don't work, and I'm a little sad the bug with the infinite HP snuck in there, but overall just a bangin experience.

This very well might be the best game in the jam. Took me a hot minute to get the rounds to actually start, and used the G key a bit that did who knows what. But once it was going wow. AMAZING visuals. AMAZING sound design. FUN (but a tad repetitive) gameplay. Unique and interesting use of the theme. And extremely well polished. Amazing game for sure. I am only going to mark down a bit for the difficulty getting started and infinite health (honestly not sure I would have beat it otherwise xD)
