I like it.
Same thing most everyone else is saying.
Very cute and fun, very hard.
Well done.
The thumbnail art and in game assets are all awesome, like the attacking animations for the starting units are all super smooth. I wasn't clear on how to generate more candy to keep building units but clearly the basis of this PvZ style game is solid and it's just a matter of tweaking. Great work!
I loved the custom art you used for the game! But like what other people said, the beginning part of the game is really hard. O_O
The art and animation was so cute! I really loved the different kids and how each of them attacked. It was SO HARD to get going, but once I had enough candy I steamrolled the last bit. XD It was well-balanced in a way because it had a satisfying learning curve where it started off REALLY hard and got easier near the end. Thank you for uploading and sharing!
the art looks nice! i had a hard time telling what lane the children were in though, and the animations seem to be playing too fast. in pvz, there's a plant you can place down that generates currency and the game doesn't really work without it. there's no passive way to get currency either which means the second you get behind it's over and since the children come out almost immediately you get behind very fast. still, it's all there, the towers and attackers, the lose state and everything it needs to function which is pretty awesome!
Cute take on Plants vs. Zombies. Nice idea. Game needs balancing as you can’t really get through the first level as there are too many kids and not enough points to hold them off. Great job!
I'm a big fan of PvZ, so this was a pleasant surprise to play. The game's aesthetic is its strongest point—I love the art style, and it has a lot of charm. Unfortunately, the animations feel a bit off. Things don't seem aligned to the tiles, which made it confusing to figure out where I should place my defenses. I'm also not a fan of the candy collection system, as there's no way to obtain candy besides defeating the children. In PvZ, the sun occasionally falls from the sky, and I feel like the game could have benefited from a similar mechanic. That said, the game has a strong presentation, with good sound design and fun visuals.
It is a nice game. It could be fun as well, but I couldn't even defeat the first 5 kids. Even when I tried multiple times. I had to sacrifice the upper lane.
+1 to "dang fatkid in the dragon outfit" :D
Fun plants vs. zombies game. The game is extremly hard though, you have to build specifically to even get to a certain point. You need more candies at the beginning.
This is pretty fun, that dang fatkid in the dragon outfit kept messing me up lol
Great art and music. I feel like the leaning curve is a bit too steep or that we don't have enough candy at the beginning. Also, It was hard to see the lane the kids were on (for me) .
Liked the game. A bit unfair as ReyOruga said but still fun enough to try and beat it.
The game is really nice, and I like the art, but the gameplay is a bit unfair. I think you should at least get candy per second because if you try to stop the kids from one line with the scarecrow, then you don't have any candy to spawn another pumpkin or skeleton to attack the other kids.
