Cool idea. I really like the audio and visuals. Those seem really polished. It’s a shame you weren’t able to finish it before the jam but it has potential to grow! I struggled to hit anything with the bat so that may be something to look into (unless that part was a WIP anyway). Well done!

This game has fantastic NES-inspired music, a promising combat concept, a clever leveling system, and varied monsters. Though unfinished, it’s a strong project with great potential. Thank you for sharing it!

I spent too long trying to hit things with the bat, seems like the mechanic isn't implemented yet? That's a real bummer since this looks like it's a really good time once things start to work. I'll be happy to give you guys a rating after it comes together! Art, audio and vibes are top-notch =D

It's a cool concept tho idk how the battle mechanics worked. Art and sounds are amazing so full points on that. Maybe add on the itch page the controls for the battle scene if there are any.

yea, as of now you can only swing the bat with left mouse click since there is a bug with the ball that you're supposed to hit the enemies with haha
