I really liked the game very much. (It kept me playing for a few minutes) Well Done!

Charming game. But the scrap upgrades are a little weak.

nice little game :)

Overall nice job! I guess with potentially more time it could've been even better :)

I really liked the Game, reminded me a bit of "Bounty of One"

Developer

I had never heard of that game before, but it looks really fun!  Thanks for the feedback :)

Low FPS and no downloadable version T-T

Developer

Sorry to hear Le Jo. You are the first to experience this. Let me see if I can find a way to get soemthing to you!

Really cool :) With more polish this could be a really great game - love incrementals and this one has cool active element <3

This was a cool approach to the theme -i liked it!  upgrades were fun and good art too!  great job on this!! :D

This was neat. The old man and his robot pal is a very cute and unique take on the theme. I enjoyed the gameplay and how it varied with your upgrade selection. I thought that more could have been done to teach the player how to play early on as it took me a minute to get the hang of it. Also the difficulty curve was a little sharp. Great job!

Developer

Difficulty curve definitely needs some work.  I’d really love to know where you struggled in the early game if you don’t mind?  I have guesses at the pain points, but constructive feedback is welcome here :)

My game is similar to this, but your mechanics make me very happy

I think this is top 3 in terms of our favorite Wowie game jam games. Keep it up!

I really like the upgrade system, you added a lot of variety to the bot. Him protecting the old man was a nice touch visually as well. I think the upgrades could scale a little faster cause it gets pretty hard pretty fast. Other than that great job!

Submitted(+2)

Super cool, looks like it would be addictive lol

I had a lot of fun playing the game, personally I wish it told you how many enemies you killed at the end. I chose to continue after I defeated the bosses, and having the feedback of how well I did would have been a bonus

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback!  We thought the boss kill count served roughly this same purpose, but agreed it would be better to see a breakdown by type and total count :)

I love the idea, it's got a very addicting game loop that kept me engaged whilst playing and I thought it did a good job at providing player feedback where necessary. Very fun game :)

Submitted(+2)

Nice! I with there was a way to upgrade without clicking the button, I liked how the robot had a mind of its own and the interplay between the player and robot were great. Also cool upgrade system.

Submitted(+2)

Simple and addicting I loved it

Awesome! I love your choice of main character, not many games allow you to play as a 76-year-old old man fighting hordes of robots, haha. I guess your game is actually pretty similar to mine in that regard :) Anyways, great job!

Developer

Haha, glad you like that part of it :)  It's funny, our games both involved an old man using a robot to do literally everything for them.

Great fun! Liked the variety in enemies.

Nice game! I was a bit confused at the beginning but that also may just be because I'm a bit stupid lmao. Played a few times and enjoyed it.

Developer

If you don't mind, I'm curious what was confusing?  I'm still pretty new at this, and you were confused, others will be too.  Would love to improve on it being intuitive :)
