I dont think this really fits the theme very well. Cute though.

This is such a addictive little puzzler. I really like the flow to it. The art is adorable and the story made me smile. But easily my favorite part is the music, holy shit these are some BANGERS. Definitely my favorite music from the jam that I have heard. And I would like to add them to my personal playlist haha. Helps i am a huge knuckles chaotix ost fan, the vibe is captured so well. Great job all around team!
Absolutely adorable. I think the kirby gameplay suites touhou a lot. Though the controls here could certainly use some polishing, like being pushed back every time you shoot felt a little odd. The boss was a tiny bit of a difficulty spike but I still managed to beat it in a few tries. Easy simple and nice. Really loved the art and music, made me smile. c:
I really admire the effort that went into this! Its a fun little time waster I'll totally be coming back to every now and then honestly haha. But as other comments mention it needs more polish and to be fleshed out. For a start its very promising, and I don't want to undervalue your hard work! The art and sprites are super cute, and I enjoyed what writing there was! Keep trying your best!
SO CUTE! Its a very nice little game, it's nice to see a rpg type game where you have all your stuff from the start and its all about management. Got pretty intense towards the end for me. It definitely could have benefited from being a little more speedy during battle. Everything was intuitive and fun though from what I saw! Really enjoyed the music as well. I do wish the characters were explored a bit more, I kinda forgot what I was doing by the end lmao. Still, the ending was adorable <3
I had a lot of fun playing this!! I love the n64 aesthetic a lot. And I always love seeing bullets zipping around in 3D. Combat felt methodical and I liked the differences between Reimu and Marisa. Combing the dash and jump felt really nice to do some skips in platforming felt really fun too. I could see a whole game just based around that lol. The audio was a little sparse but that seemed intentional. A little more ambience would have helped, but the final boss music was great!
Also Wriggle made me laugh hehe, very creative puzzle.
Thank you so much!!! yea it was just me. I had a little bit of generic turn based script ready and a few song snippets but the rest was done during june.
The final fight is definitely the messiest part as i was running low on steam. but thanks for the feedback. The second phase is mostly made as a joke but it doesnt really excuse un-fun design. Will revisit the idea with more cleanly in the future. :)
