I hope you'll submit a working version after the jam - we'd love to see your work. It's about the fun in creating games, not "winning"; it's not a competition! :)

Really chill, reminds of me of PC Building Simulator! Was quite fun playing it, but the AI got stuck for some reason - when the client time came around, no more clients came, so I was pretty much softlocked :(

Nonetheless, I still quite like the aesthetic and general gameplay. Good job!

I'm afraid the game doesn't run (properly) under itch.io Sandbox - which is a shame, because I'm really interested in TUI-based games (like Dwarf Fortress!) :(

Really enjoyable! Reminds me of Superliminal -although the game mechanic itself is very much different! My time is 48.23869 seconds, but I think I would be able to get a better one if I tried hard enough, haha! 😅

I'd like to see a leaderboard implemented, so that people could fight head-to-head. Maybe a replay viewer as well, similar to how Dark Souls displays previous deaths, so that you could see the person ahead of you in time! Very cool, I'd like to see this developed further. 💖

A cute, short little game! It's a bit too short, but the idea is solid. Keep up the good work!

Really good - I feel like this is the perfect adaptation of Sokoban for this theme! The puzzles were challenging, and overall, I can't really say anything too negative about the game. If this were to be continued with some polish (maybe stylized, something akin to Baba Is You?), I feel like this would make for a great standalone game. Keep up the good work! 💖

Very interesting - definitely an interesting concept. I don't really see how this fits the "scale" part of the theme, but on its own, this was really fun to play. It kinda reminds me of Baba Is You, blended with programming, which is a very intriguing combination! Good job! 💖

Really interesting concept! While it could definitely use some polish, I enjoyed playing it nonetheless. With some puzzles and better graphics, I feel like it could be a great standalone game! 💖

Really creative idea - reminds me of agar.io, but in a puzzle format! I liked the blend of critical thinking and skill-based movement required. The sprite-work could use a little revamping, but otherwise, I really enjoyed the game. Good stuff!

Simple but fun - really nice! I might be biased, though, since I made a platformer as well, haha 😅

With some more polish (better sprites, some more game mechanics, etc.) I feel like this could become a really solid standalone game. 💖

Cool game! Reminds me of slither.io. I liked the election theme, haha :)

Really creative! The movement feels a bit slippery, but I feel like that can be adjusted later, post-jam. I really like spatial puzzle games like this (e.g. Portal), so I think this deserves a high Creativity rating - good stuff! 💖

Quite cool! Reminds me of the game COLOSSATRON by Halfbrick - with some important differences! I'm not sure whether there was a win condition, but if you were to work on this game post-jam, I believe it could be turned into a really good arcade game. For example - the win condition could be similar to what COLOSSATRON does, namely, you have to destroy a certain amount of landmass (in your game, that could be the little drones that attack you) in order to proceed, so that you can buy upgrades, etc.

Definitely a high Creativity and Enjoyability score from me! I'd really like to see where this goes with some more work. (4 days is not a lot of time - and I think we gamedevs all know that, haha 😅)

EDIT: Just noticed this has only 6 ratings. Definitely needs some more! 💖

they are!!! 🐸🐸🐸

Woah, I absolutely love the blend of 3D and 2D in the game. This definitely gets a high Style rating from me. The gameplay was quite enjoyable - although, up to the last galaxy, it was quite easy - the difficulty spike on the last galaxy is a bit too high! Still, it was really fun playing it. With some more polish (adding audio, etc.), I believe it would make for a great mobile game. Good stuff! 💖

Really good entry, enjoyed playing it! With some polishing and minor tweaks, I feel like it could be a really good standalone mobile game. Good job! 💖

The game being frog-themed gets an immediate bonus from me, haha :)
It feels a bit rough around the edges, though. Still, a pretty nice entry! I really like the fact that it has a leaderboard - I have a feeling that, with some improvements and additions like an upgrade shop, it would make for a good mobile game. 💖

Thanks, very glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks! It was my first time implementing wall-jumping, so it might be a bit rough around the edges, yeah... I'm glad you enjoyed the game overall, though :)

Glad you like it! The difficulty is really high, because of the limited amount of levels. Admittedly, I should've made it easier (it's a game jam game, after all), haha... I couldn't find enough time to get some proper SFX in, sorry :(

Thank you so much for the feedback!

Thank you! Yeah, the controls may feel a bit rough to players not experienced with platforms - I'll try to simplify them in the post-jam release. Appreciate the feedback! 💖

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you! I'll be sure to tweak that in the post-jam release, appreciate the feedback! 💖

Very interesting, enjoyed it! One thing I would change/add is a "next" display or "hold", like in regular Tetris, so that one could plan their build/staircase as to not be completely on the mercy of RNG. However, I like both Tetris and platformers, so this was a very enjoyable experience for me :)

Really enjoyable! I think this could be adapted to a successful (and good!) mobile game - good stuff! 💖

Killed the king snek as well >:3

Probably my favorite game from the jam. Well-thought-out levels, a good core mechanic - what more could you ask for? :)

The only thing the game's missing is some A/V polish; some more sprite-work, BGM, etc. - an idea for a post-jam release, maybe? :3

Loved it! 💖

Extremely charming! I really like the aesthetic - visuals, music, and execution alike. Very replayable, but a bit hard (I can't seem to dodge the gnomes! aah!)

Thank you, I'm very glad you enjoyed it! I'll be sure to tweak the wall jumping once the jam ends - thanks for the feedback! :)

Thank you! Sorry for the difficulty, haha, balancing it was quite hard, especially when I can beat the levels quite quickly no matter how hard I make them ^^'>

I'm glad you enjoyed the game regardless of its difficulty, though! 💜

I'm glad you caught what I was going for - Fez was definetly the biggest inspiration for this game with the visuals and music. I even listened to Disasterpeace while working on the game, haha!

The movement controller was definetly a hard thing to get right - it was the first time implementing wall jumping, so that's why it might seem a bit wonky in certain scenarios. I'm glad you had a positive experience overall, though! Thank you! 💖

Thank you for the feedback! Balancing the difficulty was a bit difficult because of the lack of time to make enough for a "complete" game jam game, haha :)

I'll be sure to revamp the control scheme once the game jam ends and I'm able to submit new files. 💖

Thank you! The lack of ratings might be my fault, as I took a bit of time with making a thumbnail and all, haha ^^'>

Thank you! Sorry for the lack of gamepad support - I unfortunately don't have one, so I can't test those out :(

Thank you so much for the review! 💖

Thank you! Yeah, unfortunately, I haven't thought to add alternative key-bindings to cast beams - sorry about that! The game is best played with arrow keys.

pretty cool! love the execution, the movement felt a little bit unresponsive at times, but nevertheless very nice concept! it would be nice to see it expanded upon more! :3

love the simplistic design! pretty challenging, but i've found out that you can just spam at all the circles without thinking what color it is (that strat breaks in the later rounds though :P)

good job! :3

pretty cool, love the puzzles! the way you can control two versions of yourself kind of reminds me of my game :3

controls felt really responsive and it felt pretty polished, good job! ^^

very cool and polished! i love the fact that you aren't forced to do one thing and you are allowed to freely explore rooms and such, i love these kinds of things :D

good job! ^^

this is amazing! can't believe this has only 15 votes... T-T i absolutely love the concept, the music works beautifully with it, the black background with the neon colors are a perfect combination! the scripts themselves that handle that much objects must have also taken a lot of effort, because i have no idea how you guys managed to handle so many objects without any framerate drops o.O

very cool concept, reminds me a lot of TAG: The Power Of Paint, good job!!! :D
