Thank you!

Changing the rules... I have 0 points with an almost full screen!

I love the card designs!  I got 5 points as my max!

I got 35 then got lucky with a deer on the next run to get 50!

I lost all my money, just like in real life!

managed to win on my 2nd race xD

I really wanted to have a running win lose tracker.. maybe next time xD

I am not going to list all the things missing as I am sure you are well aware of most of them and of course the game would be "better" with more mmo things.  What you were able to do in the time frame is amazing!

Gliding from the mountains was really fun for me.  I did not get to talk to the duck.. I was shunned.. but had some help from players in game with how to get around.

This was really intriguing as a concept, I liked moving around the world and needing to keep an eye on the enemies.  I was not able to figure out level 4. I hope that this game gets a bit of TLC after the jam, it would be great with a bit more time into the level designs.

Playing this was a treat. The controls seemed a bit odd, but I got used to them fairly quickly and there did not seem to be any punishment for being sloppy on the controls.  The music is amazing and the ducks swim animation is beautiful!

This was a lot of fun!  The platforming was challenging, but not impossible.  It was really satisfying to play, I just wish I could have made it full screen so that I could fully focus on the game.

I had an issue with things spawning on (or very close) to the ship.  With a few more features and some tweaking this could make for a solid game!

Just as I was getting into it I got stuck on the chair in the first area and was disappointed.  I am super glad I tried again. The experience was great! I turned off the pc, made my bed, played some piano and went outside, nicely done!

I enjoyed my time with this.  It is lacking a bit of purpose but has a ton of potential.  Graphics were very pleasant, the slime death animation was great!

I was unable to find any switches... by the time I got myself orientated I was half dead and I am sure that I just ran in a circle while looking xD

I had a ton of difficulty after the first bend in the vent.  The walking speed was too fast for me to be able to control the character as finely as the jumps  required.

It was small, but complete and the little quack made me smile.  I look forward to seeing how this evolves with time!

Breathtaking visuals!  I did have to rebind some of the keys.. Thank you for that ability!

I did not get very far, my attack seemed to be shy and stopped working everytime the mobs spawned in and I had issues getting away from them long enough to figure where to go or what to do.

I had a good time with this but found trying to balance things a bit difficult. The sound and graphics are stunning! That “29 seconds before the deadline” up there is also very impressive! I am glad you got it in.

I love the bat animation. Other than the controls being a bit odd I had a fun time being a duck that was shooting bats. The thumbnail matching more closely to the actual game style would have been nice as well, I probably would have played it a lot sooner if it did.

Very interesting idea, I could see this as a way to teach photography theory. I tried to do a few of the histograms, then got sidetracked by the boxes with the question mark and spent 15 minutes trying to access the tutorial… I am guessing that object is just something to look at now xD

I agree with the feedback below so I will not repeat what has already been said.

First of all congratulations on publishing your first game! Even if the game has some issues it is still a worthy achievement to be celebrated!

I fell out of the world - there should be something in place to keep this from happening or handle a reset when this happens. I also thought the game crashed on the last level.. But I think maybe I just died as shooting the area with the stick gave me a win game screen.

Definitely keep up the work, this is a fantastic start!

Thanks for the jump scare warning and full screen mode. I would not have been able to read the text without it. The game was fun and the first time I saw a monster it did raise my heart rate! The sprites are pretty cool and I love that the monster has a bit of color! As others have said it is a little like a walking simulator as it is now, but a great foundation!

This was an absolute treat to play, the mechanics took the “control two characters at once” game style to a whole new level! Great job. The characters were extremely cute and the mechanics were both simple and interesting enough to keep me engaged in the game.

This was delightful. I played a few rounds so I could see how different combos affected the game play. The artwork was also incredible

The art is amazing in this! Unfortunately the game crashed on the first level for me and after reading the comments here about it locking up a computer I don’t want to risk playing again.

Love the retro feel of this game! I found that readjusting my movement after a camera change to be a bit difficult.. Especially when under the stress of some werebeast chasing me.

I can see a lot of potential in this, great proof of concept. It was short , but enjoyable.

I could not figure out if I was attacking or not, there was a whooshing noise but it did not seem to do anything but move me a bit in a direction. I did manage to use the fireball spell randomly but have zero idea what caused the attack to go off.

This has a lot of promise, I had a hard time with the controls and wish I could have moved left and right to the arrow keys. I was unable to make the long jump in the second area so that is as far as I got. The music was nice, but it would have been nice to be able to lower the volume in game.

I can tell a lot of time and care has gone into the art, it is exquisite. I look forward to more game play! Solid start

I found the controls to be a bit unintuitive at first but when I took a minute to recalibrate my brain the game got much easier.

I found the game to be a bit difficult. I don’t think i possess the skills necessary to play and was unable to finish one level.

Thanks for playing and taking the time to leave some feedback!

The only point for killing enemies is bragging rights with a high score and I can understand not everyone being motivated by that alone.

I think that many people are probably looking for a more literal use of the theme. I specifically did not want to use a black/white or light on/off approach to reach the theme and tried to think outside the box / do something creative with it.

Thanks for playing and the feedback!

This was amazing. I have actually played it several times over the last few days trying to beat my previous runs. This definitely lives up to its namesake in terms of perceived difficulty, and just like a souls game some things become trivial as you learn the mechanics behind them. Job very well done!

This was a treat to explore. The wonderful music and atmosphere complemented the story very well.

I enjoyed the strategizing aspect of this quite a bit and enjoyed trying to last as long as possible. I would have loved a mute button for the music though. The music was nice but too loud for me and after a few minutes a bit too repetitive.
