Interesting game! Somehow I can directly buy all the updates.

Sorry if my comment sounds harsh. What I wanted to say is that the atmosphere is very immersive, which is a very good thing for a game. Your impressive voice acting plays a major role in the immersiveness. I understand the time is tight and you didn’t finish, but your implementation so far is definitely a success, otherwise, I would not be patient enough to break 20+ computers to see what will happen. It is a very promising game idea, the idea of the monster you mentioned sounds very interesting as well. In short, it has the potential to become a game like The Stanley Parable, and you already had a very good start.
Very good game. Took me a long time to finish. I got lost so easily lol. It would be better if you can add some indicators of how many parts the player has found and how many left. I also agree that unique landmarks would make it much more friendly for players. But I understand the time is tight. BTW I really like the pipe puzzle.
Wow, this is the best I have seen today. The dizzy effect, the music/sound effects, the storyline, and the details are really impressive. The design game fits in this jam perfectly. Made me fully immersed in playing. The coding can definitely be improved, sometimes I was spawned below the platform in the boss fight. Hopefully we can collaborate to make something one day.
Thanks for playing and commenting!
Do you win by following the spirit’s guidance?
Although it’s gonna spoil, the answer is yes. The whole point of the game is to make “action against the spirit’s command” so tempting that player can’t resist and tend to fail.
Even though the spirit sounds like a badass sometimes it is trying to help you.
at one point it told me not to kill anything, but it didn’t seem like I could leave the room without killing them
That’s the puzzle you need to figure out, that is not the only way to leave the room. Pay attention to the stuff in the room :)
The background music and character voices make me feel like a hopeless trembling worker. The empty door on the right scared the shit out of me.
A little bit too slow-paced. I was ready to face the monster coming out of the doorway every time I break a computer. Would be better to escalate the situation after breaking the 5th computer. But I ended up breaking 20+.
When you tell the player don’t do something, player tend to try it. However, in some cases I see no consequences of doing the opposite (Don’t push the cube but the cube cannot be moved at all, don’t jump on the button but walking on the button does not do anything). “Don’t touch the spike” may be redundant since spikes are common elements in game and players know that. These parts of design can be improved to make the game more interesting.
2nd & 3rd level, the settings button is not working. And I pushed the cube to the wall and cannot get it out. In such a case, a restart button or a shortcut key would be great.
The main interface is 10/10, the font and design is really good. Background music and sound effects are seamlessly fit into the game. It even has a setting to adjust the volumn! The developers are definitely good at art and music, and are meticulous.
Even though I said something critical, the game itself is cute and pleasant. The last level almost got me but after figuring it out it all made sense. It’s really creative to combine the farming elements in this kind of puzzle game.
Hi! Thanks for playing and for your detailed comment! The objective of the game is to use shovel (press E) to dig the ground beneath you to find 4 beacon fragments to escape, which is described in the “how to play” section in the game page description. I should have made a menu or tutorial in the game but I ran out of time :)
Thanks for playing and for your suggestions!! I really appreciate it. I did notice the cursor problem but I didn’t know how to fix it. Now I add that code and the cursor works perfectly.
By the way, I noticed in the screenshot you had dug a lot of places to find the fragment. Actually, the closer you are to the fragment, the louder and higher-pitched the beeping sound from the detector becomes. So listening to the beeping sound should lead you to the fragment location. Maybe I should make this more clear in the description.
Very nice modeling and animation! The classroom decorations look really nice. I don’t understand Spanish so I guess the game is to put students in the correct position to make them study. Sometimes swapping two students does not work. The interpretation of the topic is probably described in “how to play” but is not quite obvious during the gameplay. Overall it’s a complete and very cute game.
I really like the story and art design and animation in the story. Very well-made. However, sometimes the control of the characters feels unnatural (is it made like this intentionally?). For example, in some camera perspective, I press forward but the character does not move forward, which makes it a bit hard. Also, I wish I could start from some checkpoints when I fall instead of starting over. Overall it’s a very well-made game and interprets the topic well.
Thanks for playing and commenting! Actually I did not make much effort in rendering, maybe it looks good because of the grass texture and the sky box, both of which I downloaded from Unity asset store. I noticed the sky box somehow had different lighting so the cowboy looks more blue. For the gameplay, you do not need millimetric precision to capture the cow. Actually I already made the lasso much larger compared to the initial version. But you are making a very good point that such gameplay needs simplification, that’s also what I want to do in the future versions! Thanks again for such detailed comment and suggestion!
