Buenas Hirco, podrias contactarme? Me gustaria hablar sobre proyectos contigo.

Congratulations for winning the Game Jam, well deserved!

I love how the theme is used! The vibe and feel of the game is unmatchable, it has its own aura and it is outstanding in this Jam. Congrats for such an admirable submission.

I just found this game and it is such a master piece:

I went so deep, so deep, so deep, so deep that I cannot veliebe what I just played. It has good visuals and sounds, good gameplay and dificultty curve, it has great tutorial, gameplay delivery and an incredible user interface.  The game is amazing, you could just prototype it. For me a clear candidate to 1st place.

Yeees! I thoroughly enjoyed the music, which complements the surroundings perfectly. The inclusion of the riddle was a creative touch. Needed something to scare me or something but so far an awesome submission.

Almost 5 stars in all categories! What a game. I just became the Forrest Gump of it HAHA!

The game's visuals were stunning. I was eagerly anticipating something to occur, perhaps the opportunity to gather materials for crafting, like an axe or something similar.

Hey! Thats a cool narrative you got there! Also I love the pixel art style. Congrats for the submission, was interesting.

Wow! That's a unique take on the theme. I haven't come across anyone exploring this topic. The gameplay is enjoyable and straightforward. Great job! Looking forward to seeing more from you in future Game Jams.

Congrats for such a good first submission. I am kinda struggling with the controls but it is really good theme aproach! Well done!

The game is a blast! The music is energizing and fits the atmosphere perfectly. The 2D graphics are nice, and the fast-paced gameplay in space adds to the fun. Smooth controls make it a great experience.

Really impressive work! I loved the art and animations, and the sounds also match the vibe perfectly. The gameplay is fun. I would recommend that the boost meter changes size and slightly moves as a way to make it harder to hit.

Hey! What a nice plot twist you got me there, haha! I did not expect this to happen. Overall, it's a nice story. I can tell you firsthand that it isn't easy to write such a narrative. The graphics and music match so well with the ambiance of the game! Congrats on this epic submission!

Also, I would recommend you to export it as a web source. Sadly, more people will be hesitant to rate if they have to download the game.

Sounds good to me, as we have also worked on a Visual Novel for the first time! I'm trying yours already!

Also, I would love for you to play and follow Sean's and Jacqueline's story!

There you go buddy, great submission!

Here you can try Sinking into Subtances: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-10/rate/2236725

Really great submission! I would have loved to craft a big gun to use against the sharks. You matched the theme perfectly, the 3D perspective and colors are on point, and the music is so immersive! Awesome!

Oh man I screwed up at the end and died right where there are dead bodies. Good submission tho!

Really fun game! It caught me off guard. The design is really cool, and the story is well-rounded. Congratulations on the great submission!

Hello! It was great to try "Echoes of Loss." It's a really nice debut for a first entry, so congrats on that. If you're open to feedback, here are some suggestions:

- I'd love to see the visuals align more with the theme as I progress through the stages of grief. I've heard that the assets are from a pack, but I still encourage you to experiment with color palettes and background storytelling.

- The character movement feels a bit odd; it gets stuck when colliding with walls, and the last section makes the character much faster. I recommend checking out some YouTube tutorials on how to address these issues. There are plenty of helpful ones available.

- Adding some sound and music could make a significant difference. You might want to take a look at Brackeys' Bosca Ceoil tutorial. It's straightforward, and you can create something quickly.

Overall, it's a really promising submission, and I look forward to seeing more from you in the future!

Beautiful work, loved the physics system and arcade gameplay, I find it really innovatibe as a mix. I love that you also can improve your gun and hull, I would love to see how those upgrades apply graphically with a more bad ass hull/gun. Congrats for the great submission!

Really cool game, I loved the tiny details and visual delivery, it makes the game easy to understand and enjoy, good work!

This was such a visual experience, really nice colors and animations from all shapes. I really felt inside a organic body, and with this artstyle is complicated to reach such. Congrats!

Congrats for the submission, it visually looks so attractive and suits well together. I would like the gameplay to be a little more smooth. Good game so far!

Heyo friends! Congats on the first submission!

Really impressed! I got the Satbound vibe right from the begining. Visuals and ilumination are insane! Sound is on point and I also love the player movement feel. Awesome submission!

Hi there, this is mcarrera, and I will evaluate your submissions in all aspects, finish your games and get you my feedback, I am a developer, programmer and artist myself.

Feel free to post your submission for me to try!

Also I found that tinny interaction with the "exit the well" glow :)

Try Sinking into Substance out!

https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-10/rate/2236725

Quite fun, I did not understand the first level in the beginning so I had to check back on the comments to understand what was going on. Art and music are on point, well done!

Simple but effective, congrats for the great submission!

Woah! I really love the approach. The film making has high quality and the gameplay implementation is well suited. I got stuck in the woods, I cannot scape the nightmare as bad as I try. Inspiring job tho!

There has too be some naughty Seans out there! Thanks for the feedback!

Much prettiated! Thanks @VOID!

You are verymuch right my friend! Will try to work on those features for following updates. Thanks for the feedback @O-Uno

Well this comment is not well recieved, it is wonderfully apreciatted!

I think the disclaimer is a must, we dont encourage the use of drugs, thats why we tried to aboid controversy while using "Magic Powder" and "substances" instead of real drug nouns. So Im really happy to read you, as it was the kind of comment I was waiting to confirm myself that I need to add this disclaimer.

Sinking into Substance is a written novel. Due to time restrictions we had to force a one story path. We agree in this point, as it was intended for the developement.

I am really glad me and my team could deriver this project and get this much feedback, it has been the first time I got out the confortzone into a game with backgound and story, not just arcade. It is surprising how much work the narrative and the literary script are.

Thanks again for the feedback @Flo McQ., I will with no doubt check on the resources you provided me! :)

So happy to read the good feedback! @Parado10

Thanks for the feedback @klouk! Much prettiated! You are right, the talking sound get too nasty sometimes, I will take a look on them!

Thanks @bullfrog-777 for the feedback! We are glad you liked it! Yes, sadly due to time restrains we could just add one final.  Even tho, I will secretally tell you, that you are not supposed to choose all "good" options for the good ending to happen. *Evil laughs*
