Thank you so much! And yeah, I don't think I handled the difficulty very well. I noticed that around wave 5 it ramps up pretty quickly. I also noticed some lag that I've already changed and will wait for the end of the jam to upload. There are lag spikes whenever a new particle system loads in. Thank you again for playing, and I'm glad you enjoyed!

It took me a little bit to understand how to play and the goal, but it was fun once I got it. A very unique puzzle/math game. Great job!

I think this is a good foundation to a great game. I noticed that I couldn't toggle my flashlight on when I was in the level. I think this could turn out to be a very unique and great game if continued. Nice job

Yes, thank you. I definitely want to change how the movement works, like maybe adding a module that speeds you up. I also need to fix some of the lag issues, and I think some of it is because of the number of distance formulas I'm doing, idk. Thank you for playing!

A very wonderfully done game. Very polished and smooth. Great art, music and gameplay. Also, a very well put together itch page. Nice job!

I liked the concept. It was a little bumpy right away to figure it out, but it made sense later, although I'm not exactly sure what I would use the forge for as all the swords could be made with the anvil. After your "death" screen it would be nice to have a 'restart' button. Also, I noticed that in the death/ending screen the progress bar for the forge would stay visible, or at least that's what it appeared to do. Anyway, great job and a fun concept :)

this is a good thing right :) Thanks so much for playing!

Thanks for playing and giving your score page like this, it is so helpful and can tell me how well people are doing. I find that wave 5 (the wave you died on) seems to increase in difficulty quite a bit. In the future I definitely want to edit the difficulty curve.

This is a very addicting game with an incredible game loop. It was very creative and unique. The music/sound effects were great, and the "art" (more like text) fit perfectly. I had a lot of fun playing this, awesome job.

I liked the idea of this game, and it was ambitious. It was a little laggy, and sometimes the camera wouldn't move when I moved my mouse. I liked the jump pads that allowed easier movement around the map.

I liked the cozy gameplay and aesthetic. Very nice soundtrack. Awesome job!

I enjoyed playing this. It has great art and music. I liked the vignette effect when you're hidden. I'm not exactly sure what benefits you got from building the structure, but I think this could be a very interesting and unique game if you continue this project. Nice job!

Wow, thank you so much. I'm excited to keep working on this project after the jam is done because I have so many ideas that I didn't get to implement. And that 'complex system' is a little bit of spaghetti code, but I plan to fix that after the jam :)

Yes, thank you! I had some trouble trying to edit the difficulty. For me it feels like it starts easy and then all of a sudden is pretty hard :)

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it

This was an amazing game. I loved all the wacky "creatures" I ended up making. It fit the Assemble theme perfectly. It had amazing art and sound effects. This deserves lots of praise. I did end up with a toy that I wasn't able to ship. I don't know if I was missing something essential to what it asked for or if it was just a bug. I also noticed that you could pick up multiple toy-parts at a time and place multiple in one slot. Anyways, it was very fun :)

I loved the unique way to assemble your loadout. I think continuing this project would be neat. Giving more unique combinations to play with. Awesome job. I had to zoom in on my web browser to see comfortably. I think you may just need to tick a thing to 'on' in your itch project to allow the fullscreen button to appear. Well done.

This was a ton of fun. I liked the simplistic but well-done pixel art. The music was great, and I liked the story as well :) Very well done, nice job!

I loved the art and animation. A simple and cozy game. I'm surprised this is one of the only games that has a festive theme. Nice job :)

The camera and controlling the guys was neat, and intuitive. The first time I tried to attack it crashed, but it worked fine the second time. I think this is a project you guys should continue and see what it can become.

This game was simple but very fun. I liked the animation of the legs, and the music was nice too. I do wish there was a way to replace a component that I've already placed, but other than that I thought it was great!

The movement felt so smoot and nice. I had lots of fun playing. My first game I ran out of ammo, but the second game I beat with like 4000 ammo left.  I really enjoyed it, but I felt like while I was shooting the upgrade menu came up and then I would end up clicking the middle one. I feel like if you added a confirm button then you couldn't accidently buy upgrades. I still had a wonderful time, nice job!

This was a good game. I liked the music, art and sound effects. Well done! I think you should continue working on this project after the game jam. I played the original version that was submitted because the new version that you posted in the comments was flagged as a virus by Windows and didn't let me download it. The movement felt smooth. Sometimes it felt like I'd shoot my gun facing one way and then I would turn away to escape the enemies and then the gun would shoot away from them, if that made any sense :) I feel like the gun should shoot more instantly when I press the button. Anyways, great job!

Yeah, I'll go review it rn

Thank you, that means a lot! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Yes, thank you! I'm proud of what I've accomplished. I've always struggled to finish whatever project I start, so I thought that if the YouTubers were right, I should join a game jam :) Also I really enjoyed your game!

Yes, thank you! And yeah, in the game the enemies will stop and attack your structure when they hit it, but if you move you can move them basically into your ship which isn't specified and probably something I will change after the game jam :) Thank you!

This is a great game. It is a little tedious to keep having to rebuild your vehicle, but I know that you're planning on changing that later so it's not very pressing. I had a great time playing it. Keep up the good work, and TWO DAYS!!! wow, just wow. I remember watching people play bad piggies. I never played, instead I would watch other people play it on their own devices. This game doesn't have the same grid limitations which is very freeing. Nice job.

Wow, this was an incredible joy to play. I forgot that I was playing a 'game jam game.' Absolutely incredible what you accomplished, and it was hard to pull away from it just to write this comment :) The art, sound, and game mechanics are great and lots of fun. Nice job!

Wow, thank you so much! I'm curious what level you got to. And I have lots and lots of ideas of things that I want to add that I didn't get a chance to. Thank you, this means a ton!

This was a very fun game! I did find it challenging like everybody else but I enjoyed that. I also wasn't able to figure out whatever the 'dash trick' is that makes you invincible. I had a great time :)

Thank you! Yes, I want to continue this more but after at least a week so I don't get burnt out. There was/is so much more that I want to add. Thank you so much!

Thank you! This means a lot. Yes, I find that this was a very successful first game jam. Yes, I've noticed slight lag spikes whenever I load a new particle effect in which happens quite a bit. Definitely something I want to fix after the jam is over. Thanks!

Thank you so much!

Oh, I'll try that. Thank you!

Thank you!

Thank you! I sacrificed my grades in school but that's fine :)

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Yes, thank you!

I liked the game! I did notice that after I died and respawned, I kept my resources from the previous game. It is a super neat concept, and I think you should keep working on this.
