Sorry about that, here's the damage version (this link was supposed to be attached to my comment):

As far as the theme goes, I understand why you would believe it doesn't fit, but if you have everything from an enemy the player gains a boost to their stats and scales, meaning that as you continue the player scales larger and larger as they take parts. It was quite rushed at the end. Thank you for taking time to play it!

Also the tutorial is on the main page: https://yellowstarninja.itch.io/robotiseum

Way to go! This was a great game once I got a handle on the controls. However, after completing the game, I still don't know what the armor and attack did, every time she fought she would take one damage, but besides that, no bugs, everything worked perfectly. Great job!

Great game! Only changes I would make would be to decrease the text audio and increase its speed, but besides that, very fun game! It may not be the fanciest game on this jam, but I've actually had the most fun with this one so far. Picking the chaotic options in the dating game was great, and creating a fun story in the fantasy one was fun in its own way. Way to go!

Great concept! The art was fantastic! My main issue was didn't know about the second side until I read the comments of this post, and then found them again on the game page. An in-game tutorial of the mechanics would be great. Additionally, I also needed more skulls and gold then was said. Finally, fairly consistently I would run out of quests to give, where I would have five that aren't combat oriented, and then the next guy comes up and asks for a combat quest. Lots of people needed combat quests, actually. Maybe removing the ones like "Make soup" would lead to a more consistent game flow, but overall this is one of the best games I've seen come out of this jam. Great job!

Pretty fun! Only minor changes I would make is maybe a charges system for spawning certain enemy types or a limited rate you can spawn troops at that's pretty low, so you can have a swarm like in the other games of this genre, a UI pop-up when you hover over the attack types, such as how much damage they deal, health, and speed, and some method of gaining money when you are in a bad spot, because if you physically cannot get a object through (particularly in the third level), you have no way to progress. This is great work! These are just nitpicks to be honest, it's great the way it is.

Pretty cool concept, the rate at which the orders come in is well balanced. If you want to reduce the quiz-like feeling, instead of having text in an order, you could have a picture of the crafting table with the pieces on it.  Also, needing to select which one I'm responding to interrupted the game flow, so having my response be checked against every answer would make it flow way faster, since I need both hands to type, so I can't use the mouse at the same time. Keep at it!

You're welcome! I'm excited to see where this goes!

It being a Game Boy Advance game is a great detail! The concept is pretty fun to play, but I wish there were more ways to force the snake in a direction, though baiting him into eating you is a great concept on its own. Audio would've been fun, but I can imagine how difficult that would be during a Game Jam on a GBA emulator. The variation options were fun, but overall, a higher base speed would've made the game more engaging. But in the end, great job!

Cool concept and interpretation of the prompt! The AI was a pretty buggy, and bounced around, and once or twice I had to close and reopen, but it was fine on most runs. The amount of HP he has and the lack of RAM return from some constructs led to the only practical option being to lock him in a box and fill it with grenades, but even then it didn't die, so I walled off the exit and placed the last laser I could afford, which it ran into. The game base is very promising, just some balancing reworks would make it far more enjoyable. Rotation of some of the objects would also add a lot of options, along with maybe some control on the grenade's velocity.

Lots done for so little time! I wish there were instructions, because there was a lot of guessing, and I still don't know how all the game mechanics work, but from what I do understand, it was very fun. There were a few bugs, primarily with the planting UI, but besides that very well done. Some indicator for when you can pull up a crop would be great, because many times the plants would reach their final stage visually, and I couldn't pull them up. Great job, keep it up! Oh, and also if you added points for planting bugs with no limit for how many you could plant might lead to some interesting crop management.

The audio in this game is great! Sounds effects for just about everything except rolling, dying, finishing the level, and dynamic music. I liked the movement, and the stealth mechanics were very well done for a game jam game. Only one guard had X-Ray vision, but I was pressing into a thin wall, so I didn't mind. The spotlights are very helpful. My only complaint is rolling the chefs, because I will have finished the level, with no other workers near me, and still take an extra 30+ seconds trying to get him to the pot.  An additional more controlled option for moving them would be greatly appreciated.

Great game! If you have more time to develop this game, it be great if there was a indicator of where the tapes are going, or some versions of the tapes that functioned differently, to add some variety.

I'm not sure if the full game is working, but it's a pretty funny concept, and a good start. Keep at it!

It's so polished! The subtle details really add a lot, like the voice lines, or the damper on the fly to mouse. My only minor complaints (which are basically nitpicks) are that the bug spray particle feels out of place, and the breadcrumb drop rate is pretty sporadic, and can end up in the gas cloud. But all in all, this is one of the better/best games I've seen on here so far!

Pretty cool! I wish the walk speed was higher, and there were more scenes to choose from, but besides that it's a great game. The polish is really great for a Game Jam!

Game's pretty fun! Improvements that could be made are having the ghosts respawn on a timer that accelerates, instead of just respawning, because this essentially just is repositioning. Combined with the fact that shooting the ghosts on a Jim kills them all at the same time, the game encourages sitting on one Jim and healing him whenever available and spam firing at the ghosts. The only other major changes I would add is positioning the player health bar about the player, so its easier to see your health. Frequently I would die, because I didn't check my health, and when I did, I would get hit. Finally, sound effects go a long way. In the end, it's still a great game for 48 hours.

That was quite the game, and the concept is very unique. Rewording the instructions and adding audio would improve it even further! The instructions aren't super clear, but are useable. Overall, good game, keep it up!
