Great game, very creative mechanics and the balancing seemed pretty well too! Once I caught onto being able to wrap around the screen if you stay inside the stream it opened up a lot of opportunity for different plays and calculations which was a lot of fun.

Can see adding more rogue like elements to it making the game even better, but even in it's current state I had a lot of fun due to it's unique mechanics.

I liked the increasing difficulty as you got deeper and how the loot gave you different benefits. Overall I thought the mechanics and visuals were very good - nice job on the game!

Very nice! I think this is a good base to build a lot more on top of it, especially with the random loot choices in every stage. I was only able to get to ~1200, but think I understood the system a little bit better once I realized you wrap around on the edges when in a stream. Fun game!

Loved it. Nice little game. Simple but effective.

There were a few times when I couldn't see where the chest had landed and so had to float back up to the currents, and try to get in the right spot without seeing the chest... those moments I found a little annoying, like bad luck I guess I lose.

Otherwise, this was a solid game jam game. A simple idea – well executed. Excellent work.

Thanks for the kind words! It means a lot coming from someone who’s game I really enjoyed earlier, especially since it’s our first game. We’re excited to sink some more time into development after the judging period ends and really polish things up!

Very challenging but I really like the concept. The different upgrades and obstacles made for quite a lot of mechanics despite only having a single control to press so nicely done on that. The oxygen supply was a bit rough so that if I didn't get it perfect the first time, it felt like I would never be able to recover before running out of oxygen when it came to lining up with the chest using currents. I really love the music choice you went with too, makes it feel very ominous.

Glad to hear you liked the concept, and the music! And yeah, it was definitely hard thinking of good mechanics in the beginning while maintaining the single input play. It was fun to develop though.

We’ve heard from a few folks that the oxygen in the beginning is a bit unforgiving, so once the game jam concludes we plan to boost the starting oxygen a bit. We definitely want to put a bit more effort into balancing, new mechanics, and upgrades

I love the update system but the oxygen thing lasting not much makes improving O2 always the best choice ... although the improvements are small

Very fun game. It's challenging but the diving for treasure and getting upgrades is a fantastic idea. PS Love the game name a lot

Thanks for playing, I appreciate the feedback! After the jam we plan to try and fix up the difficulty scaling – oxygen lasts longer as levels grow deeper, but it does run out really fast for the first couple of chests at the moment
