shooting makes it fun
Quite fun and interesting platforming sections, final boss was bugged though.

Fun platformer with many classic mechanics. Sound and music fit in well, and the art was clean and cohesive. I think the boss could use a little more feedback when taking damage. Nice work!

A great platformer/maze/shooter game! My biggest critique is that the camera is pretty jarring when you flip left or right. Maybe it could be smoothed out a little? Also the jump sound is harsh. The key sound was great though! I like the puzzles and the platforming and the final boss! the art and sound are solid too!

Its a nice plattformer and I loved the sfx! Music is fitting and art is clean and nice as well!
Sometimes I got stuck on top of a ladder, I dont know why though...?

I had to restart the game once because not all the block concepts are clear until you encounter them. And backtracking would just take more effort and time. Overall, it's a solid project that was enjoyable to complete.

Controls well enough. Art style is clear and pleasant :) The force-field/barrier fizzle effect looks nice.
I got stuck a few minutes in, as I was blocked by two solid barriers. Couldn't figure out how to get the key which is shown in the third screenshot.
It wasn't clear that I had to shoot some blocks, but figured it out. Maybe I needed to shoot more blocks to get that key...
What might have been nice is some effects like small explosions when the bullets/projectiles hit a wall :)
Thanks for feedback! Yeas I admit that the breakable block is quite tricky for ppl to realize how to interact with it. Maybe I will put more tutorial block that help player build up the mindset that they can use gun to shoot some blocks.
I like the use of a shooting mechanic, didn't see too many! Would like to see some variable jump height in the future, but it functions well without!
